WE CARE ABOUT PERFORMANCE
Nel ciclismo, la performance è la chiave di volta. Quindi, l’abbigliamento, l’allenamento, l’attitudine mentale: tutto gioca un ruolo in questo sport unico. Dal 1976, Parentini ha costruito il suo successo focalizzandosi senza sosta su una delle componenti fondamentali di questo mix: l’abbigliamento da ciclismo.
Non solo creiamo abbigliamento da ciclismo – lo sport green per eccellenza – ma lo facciamo con macchinari ecologici, con un impatto ambientale pari quasi a zero.
Dopo aver sostituito le macchine da stampa, abbiamo sostituito anche le linee dei tessuti: usiamo prodotti realizzati con filati provenienti da plastiche riciclate e con questi tessuti della linea INGA realizziamo i nostri completi e i nostri fondelli. Mantenendo e migliorando la performance tecnica creiamo un prodotto pensando al futuro, per il quale l’ambiente ringrazia.
Facciamo tutto questo con un unico obiettivo in testa: come possiamo migliorare la performance dei nostri clienti ciclisti?
Partendo da un’idea creativa per arrivare a tagli e capi di ultima generazione e da un’esperienza senza rivali nella sartoria da ciclismo - grazie alle conoscenze dei nostri collaboratori - arriviamo a curare anche il più piccolo dettaglio in fase di realizzazione prodotto. In cycling, performance is the key. So, clothing, training, mental attitude: everything plays a role in this unique sport. Since 1976, Parentini has built its success by relentlessly focusing on one of the fundamental components of this mix: cycling clothing.
Not only do we create cycling clothing – the green sport par excellence – but we do it with ecological machinery, with an environmental impact of almost zero.
After replacing the printing machines, we also replaced the fabric lines: we use products made with yarns from recycled plastics and with these fabrics from the INGA line we make our kits and our chamois. By maintaining and improving the technical performance we create a product thinking about the future, for which the environment is grateful.
We do all this with a single goal in mind: how can we improve the performance of our cycling customers?
Starting from a creative idea to arrive at the latest generation cuts and garments and from an unrivaled experience in cycling tailoringthanks to the knowledge of our collaborators - we manage to take care of even the smallest detail in the product manufacturing phase. FONDELLI
Adattarsi e cambiare, questo è il principio dell’evoluzione. I nuovi fondelli oltre ad essere progettati attorno al peso e alle dimensioni del ciclista sono realizzati, nella maggior parte dei casi con tessuti provenienti da plastiche riciclate, certificati GRS. Caratterizzati da due diverse altezze di schiuma anti-urto che si affiancano agli strati in schiuma di carbonio antibatterico in microfibra flessibile, i ciclisti di taglia più piccola godono di 8 mm di schiuma, mentre quelli di taglia più grande (L in poi) beneficiano dell’ammortizzazione extra di 11 mm di schiuma.

Adapt and change, that’s the principle of evolution. The new pads are designed around a rider’s weight and size, realized with recycled yarns, certified GRS. Featuring two different heights of shock-absorbent foam working alongside flexible microfibre anti-bacterial carbon foam layers, smaller cyclists enjoy 8mm of foam, whilst heavier riders (L upwards) benefit from the extra cushioning of 11mm of foam.

WE CARE...YOU CARE...
Di seguito riportiamo alcune note e indicazioni utili circa l'uso e la cura di indumenti da ciclismo. Ricordati che, come qualsiasi altro tipo di capo di abbigliamento, anche gli indumenti da ciclismo non sono eterni e indistruttibili. Comunque, con pochi e semplici accorgimenti e seguendo questi suggerimenti, puoi contribuire ad aumentare la durata della vita del tuo capo.
PRIMA DELL’USO
Non usare mai creme, oli balsamici e prodotti per il riscaldamento (in inverno) o di protezione solare (estate) sotto gli indumenti realizzati con fibre elastiche. Questi prodotti contengono sostanze chimiche che accelerano il deterioramento delle fibre dei tessuti realizzati con spandex.
DOPO L’USO
Dopo ciascun utilizzo, appendere i capi in un ambiente ben ventilato o lavare immediatamente. Non appendere i capi alla luce solare diretta. Non riporre i vestiti umidi in un ambiente non ventilato (ad esempio: sacchetti di plastica, borse sportive, valigie, ecc.). Se il corpo ha la tendenza a sudare molto, sciacquare i capi con acqua dopo ogni uso per proteggere le fibre dagli attacchi batterici che potrebbero portare ad un deterioramento del tessuto.
LAVAGGIO
Lavare un capo significa stressare il tessuto e le cuciture. Pertanto è opportuno lavare gli indumenti da bicicletta separatamente dagli altri vestiti/accessori per evitare attriti. Prima del lavaggio, girare i capi dentro/fuori (cuciture sulla parte esterna). Il lavaggio in lavatrice è possibile, ma meglio utilizzare sempre un sacchetto di lavaggio, un ciclo delicato e acqua tiepida (max. 30° C). Non utilizzare candeggianti e/o ammorbidenti. Utilizzare solo un detergente liquido delicato. Non usare ammollo, non strizzare o strofinare. Non centrifugare dopo il lavaggio. Per rimuovere l’acqua in eccesso dal capo strizzare delicatamente a mano. Asciugare i capi in piano o appesi. Non usare asciugatrice.
POSSIBILI PROBLEMI
Pilling
Il pilling sul tessuto non succede per caso nè si verifica da solo, è sempre il risultato di sfregamento e abrasione su superfici ruvide. Per questo motivo suggeriamo di non usare selle con ricami o con forme particolari che espongono eccessivamente il pantaloncino allo sfregamento con superfici ruvide o appuntite. Assicuratevi che la chiusura con velcro della borsa sotto la sella ed i suoi profili non entrino in contatto con il pantaloncino. Non lavare il pantaloncino o la calzamaglia insieme a guanti, zaini, borse e ogni altro articolo che sia realizzato con strisce di velcro che causano inevitabilmente il pilling. Ricordati che il pilling non è mai un difetto di produzione bensì è il risultato delle azioni meccaniche descritte sopra.
Deterioramento dei tessuti
Il sudore è tossico, in alcuni di noi lo è di più, in altri di meno. Questo fenomeno si verifica a causa dello sviluppo di batteri. A causa della loro natura funzionale i tessuti sono delicati e può verificarsi un deterioramento con l’uso. Per ridurre al minimo questa eventualità vi suggeriamo di sciacquare il capo immediatamente dopo ogni utilizzo e di non riporlo mai umido di sudore in un ambiente chiuso o –peggio ancora – in una sacca sportiva o sacchetto di plastica.
