Can I get an annual plan for more than one year?: Yes, you can get an annual plan for two, three or four years. Please contact us for details.  Can I upgrade my plan if I already have an annual contract? Yes, you can update your plan whenever you wish. All you need to do is contact our helpdesk to do so.  What are the events? An event is any action that is followed up - a visit, a click, a conversion, a registration form that is completed. Each time a user is redirected by our infrastructure, we call it an event.  Will my tracking stop once I reach the monthly limit? Of course not! We know how important follow-up is for the continuity of a company. Once you have reached your limit, your events will still be tracked, but you will have to pay for the overruns.  What are the overruns? These are all events that are not covered by your plan. For example, if you are a Profit Plan user and you reach the limit of 3,000,000 events, you will have to pay $0.06 for every 1,000 events that exceed the limit.

Access to the API is available in the Profit and Grow plans, you can also request it in a custom solution.

If you would like to change some of the parameters of a chosen plan, please contact us.  Can I unsubscribe at any time? You can unsubscribe at any time. Please note that if this happens in the middle of a billing cycle, the plan will continue to be active until the end of the cycle.

We will not bill you the following month.  Can I upgrade or downgrade to a higher or lower plan? Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan in your account settings. The upgrade will be done instantly, during the active billing cycle. If you would like to track more than the Grow plan allows, we will be happy to create a custom solution for you - just contact us.

If you choose to downgrade your plan, you can also do so in your account settings, but keep in mind that this action may result in the loss of access to some of the features or may reduce the number of custom domains and additional users in the account.  Where can I learn how to use Voluum? On our main page, you will find a tab called "Free Resources", from which you can access our documentation, video tutorials and step-by-step guides, as well as the blog. In addition, when you log in to Voluum for the first time, you will be guided through the panel. In addition, once you have purchased a plan, you will receive boarding emails and will be able to attend a group webinar or individual boarding, depending on the plan you have chosen.
