90-Day Practice Integration Plan To easily implement CRT® into your practice, we recommend the following steps within the first 90 days.
IDENTIFY THE METHOD BY WHICH YOU WILL BE FITTING CRT IN YOUR PRACTICE 100-Lens CRT® Diagnostic Dispensing System If you purchased the 100-Lens Diagnostic Dispensing System, review the Paragon CRT® Certification and Information Guide. This guide is provided with your Diagnostic Dispensing System for fitting instructions and fluorescein pattern guidelines. In addition, you have the following tools to assist you in fitting Paragon CRT lenses:
• Paragon CRT Lens Selector Slide Rule used to find the starting point of the fit • Paragon CRT Yellow Slit Lamp Filter used to evaluate the initial CRT lens fluorescein pattern • Quick Start Reference Card used to further evaluate the fit of the lens by using simulated fluorescein patterns and corresponding topography maps
• Paragon CRT Fitting & Troubleshooting Card helps with fitting adjustments • DMV Classic Lens Remover for CRT lens removal • Checklist for CRT Initial Evaluation/Dispensing Exam sheets a checklist to aid in exam documentation

Take advantage of your two free staff member fits (4 lenses total) This is another way to gain valuable fitting experience during the first 90 days after you receive your CRT Diagnostic Dispensing System (DDS), or begin fitting with CRT SureFIT. Having a successful Paragon CRT wearer on staff can also be an excellent reference to potential CRT patients. We strongly recommend maintaining a full and complete CRT Diagnostic Dispensing Set. Doing so increases your ability to fit a patient and start treatment immediately on their first visit, potentially decreasing chair time while increasing patient satisfaction.
