The piece contains a central red cross flower, with a white and green rose cane at its crux, which is attributed to Nicolas Lutz. The cross is accented with small dark green leaves, one at each of the ends, and four at the convergence of the arms, as it rests on a ground of crushed white glass, with scattered bits of red and blue. Antique New England Glass Company running rabbit silhou足 ettes and spaced concentric millefiori paperweight. A whitecollared floret centers the design, encircled by a ring o f five blue and white running rabbit silhouette canes, which alternate with white and red crimp canes. A ring of dark purple, white, and red star/heart canes surrounds the center cluster of canes, and a border garland completes the design, with alternating pink and yellow complex canes. The arrangement rests on a cushion o f double-swirl white latticinio. Diameter 2 5/16". $700-1200
