A person that not only have I encountered, but who has been with me for the last twenty years and has had a great effect on my life is my father. No matter what, my father has always been there for me. Before I was born my dad broke his back at work and was out of a job for fifteen years. Someone who inspires me

There are always the people in our lives that can be the heroes in many ways, but my life's hero will always be my mom. She influences my life since I born until now and also sacrifice a lot in her lifetime to make my life and my sibling's lives better. The worse part of her daughter been missing, my dad was out of country for job mission. The next day, my uncle announced me through the radio and my godmother that moment she was listening to a radio and found out that I lied to her sister and she took me back to my house. It means that they have left an impact on your life that has moved you so much that you make it your quest to pass on that impact to others, so that they are inspired to do the same. The cycle will go on forever. I have been inspired by number of people ranging from members of my family, friends, to great personalities who obviously do not know of my existence on this planet! My Inspiration

My mom essentially is the most inspirational person to me in a basically big way. When I specifically feel down she comforts me, or so they for all intents and purposes though. She listens to all of my problems and reassures me when my insecurities essentially come out in a generally major way. She's also very determined, when she mostly puts her mind to something, she exceeds basically past her goals, pretty contrary to popular belief. An inspirational person is someone who people want to be like. They look up to inspirations and try to improve themselves based on that person. A person that someone finds inspirational might not be to the next because we have all gone through different experiences. Steve Jobs, the co–founder of Apple, is considered by many as one of the most influential minds in the technology industry. Through a plethora of Apple Keynote presentations as well as speeches, Jobs was able to share his passion with others. I have watched many of Jobs speeches on YouTube. One of his most well–known speech and one of my favorites that I saw on YouTube is his 2005 Stanford Commencement Address. Here, he shared his passion through retelling his remarkable past. His message was to follow your heart even if others think you are foolish. Jobs added that it is critical to find your love in life. Finally, the speech was inspirational due to the way it was structured. He started out by connecting to the audience by telling them his agenda, which was 'just three stories'. He started each story with a signal phrase, which for example, was "My second story is about". This gave a sense of familiarity, which engaged the audience. After each introduction, he went into an inspirational story that related to his life as well as the audiences. After he tolda story, he connected it with an inspirational message. Each message built on each other and created his main message of the speech. Finally, he ended the speech by tying everything together by saying, "Stay hungry, stay foolish" (Steve Jobs'). This ending was simple yet effective, because the audience will remember it.

I will incorporate many aspects of Steve Jobs' speech into my own. First, I will practice and use well–timed pauses during key moments in my speech. Everyone needs to be inspired and having others inspire you can only have positive effects. Its one of life's win win things. Parents who lost children were amongst the most inspiring but sometimes it was individuals who showed joy at life's blessings such as the birth of a child. When my wife was in hospital with complications before the birth of our son, we became friends with an Ethiopian couple who were having similar problems and they were an inspiration with their constant joy and faith, whatever the situation. We have remained friends ever since and though they have experienced many trials in life since, they remain as positive and joyful as ever, no doubt due, in large part, to their faith.

Lifelines help an individual realize how close and loved they are by many people. It also helps a person realize how thanks to many people they have truly become an amazing person. It was hard for me to decide which person I should write about since I believe every person i 'm close to has changed me in some way. Inspiring itself is the act of making others feel strongly interested and enthusiastic, and then convincing to do things, such as achieving a personal goal or joining a team and working for a team. This approach has a trust and respect bonding between the leader and all of the teammates. Many leaders are out of touch and disconnected from their team member, focusing solely on their own personal agendas, but people want to know that their leaders understand their tendencies, aptitudes and behaviors well–enough to best work with and motivate them. Team members are most inspired when a leader takes the time to know them and show that they have their best interests at heart. Driving inspiration is about focusing on achieving goals. What a driving leader might do is to set goals by giving out a challenge to the group and setting a specific deadline by which to achieve it. An inspirational person is someone who motivates, uplifts, and makes one want to achieve a goal and my mom is a person who exemplifies those qualities each and every day. My mother, Janet, inspires; she was always by my side fighting my cancer with me my senior year of high school. She unconditionally loved me, uplifted me, and without her I do not know where I would be today. To be unconditionally loved is something we all need as humans. To be loved by our mothers is even more important. A mother's love is different from any other love and expressing it is easy. Her love is shown through hugs, words of encouragement, constant support, and always pointing me in the right direction. When my mother uplifts me she keeps me positive, she helps me when I am down, smiles constantly, and encourages me. Not having a mother would be like going days without breathing. As defined by many, a leader is someone who influences others to achieve the impossible or a simple goal. Leaders possess a myriad of qualities and traits which help inspire their followers to accomplish organizational or individual goals. Goals are ultimately the end result of a team's effort, and because the path to getting there is determined by the leader, the concept most important to me throughout the reading is Transformational Leadership, specifically Inspirational Influence behavior. According to our guided reading, Inspirational Influence is a leader behavior that involves developing and articulating visions that paint an optimistic and enthusiastic picture of the future that is appealing and inspiring to followers. An inspirational person that I truly adore would persist as Amelia Earhart. I admire her completely, considering how she portrayed herself as the first woman that proved to the world that women can engage in the same activities as men. Although Amelia was a female, she kept receiving attention by having similar interests as men. Amelia felt that she could prove them wrong. She got on a plane and almost achieved her goal; ascending across the ocean in an airplane, however, the only downside that occurred was the disappearance of the plane.

In all honesty, she demonstrated off her strengths and proved that woman are just as exceptional as men, or unbelievably superior. If I could, I would ask to accompany her on her travels. The greatest answer of all time would be her saying yes to me. A dream of mine would be to accompany her and ascend up in the sky right by her side.
