Due to that it is extremely important to make timely diagnostics of Willson disease. As soon as possible prescription of specific therapy lets to prevent the development of serious complications. Article introduces the case of early diagnostics and successful treatment of Willson disease in preschool-aged child. Thee were no clinical manifestations of disease, but according to the data of laboratory and instrumental examination the liver changes were already considerable. Final diagnosis was fixed only due to revelation of excessive cuprum concentration in liver bioptate material, which let the doctors timely prescribe him pathogenetic therapy and relatively fast get a good therapeutic effect.

According the data of World Allergology Organization, the level of prevalence and morbidity of allergy during last years not only remains very high, but has a tendency to grow (WAO, 2005). In developed countries 15–35% of population suffers from allergic diseases, which is a big social and economical problem. High growing of allergic diseases rate is connected with a lot of factors: worsening of common ecological situation, non-rational feeding, excessive use of medicines. One of the most dangerous allergic manifestations is the Anaphylactick shock. Article considers the reasons of its genesis and its main symptoms in children, aspects of its emergency therapy and prevention.
