PICK-UP at CENTENNIAL PARK PLAYGROUND

Bring: A Supply Kit (see welcome letter for details), couple snacks, nutritious lunch and plenty of water, along with the appropriate gear for planned activities. Camp programs are peanut/nut aware, lunch-time waste will be packed home, and vending machines are off limits. Unless otherwise indicated, all personal toys/games, electronics and spending money should remain home. Wear: Comfortable play clothes, with runners. Rain or shine, camps will be outside! Ensure your child comes with a hat and wearing sunscreen (with extra packed for reapplication as needed). Guardians: Please read the provided welcome letter in detail. It includes important information of new sign in/out procedures and timeframes, details of our updated Sick Policy, and outlines plans for enhanced cleaning and hand washing practices, along with administering first aid. Remember to clearly mark all of your child's belongings, and ensure their emergency contact and medical information is up to date. Daily, you will be expected to sign your child in/out with Panorama staff. Please come prepared to show photo identification. If your child would benefit from one-on-one support or an individualized support plan, please contact Jason Gray, Community Recreation Coordinator, at (250) 360-3359 to discuss. We appreciate at least two weeks' notice for all requests. Questions? Please contact us. info@panoramarec.bc.ca | (250) 656-7271 Ryan Smith | Assistant Community Recreation Coordinator | (250) 655-2180 Jason Gray | Community Recreation Coordinator | (250) 655-2172

Note: Activities may be subject to change, and camps may be combined to meet minimum registration requirements.
