Young people around the world are all searching for answers, for what they want to do and for who they want to be. A group of youngsters from all around Europe decided to meet on a Youth Exchange in Struga, North Macedonia to make this online magazine to talk about all of their interests and passions.

The participants had the opportunity to experiment on what their interests are by creative workshops and put their head down to business to start writing about them in this online magazine.

Some of the participants decided to make some jokes about internet games, interviews and horoscopes in a satirical article to display how that ridicule is a beautiful way to introduce people into a topic.

While art can be looked down upon by some members in society, some participants display how that art can have a therapeutic effect on people and help them with mental health problems. Not only this, it is also possible to mix up our senses such as tasting sounds or hearing colours.

Personal experiences and information about the beautiful Erasmus+ programme are included in this online magazine to talk about all of the privileges that European young people have gained by participating in the programmes that the European Union has to offer.

As the environment is a really important thing for the youth to take care of, some of our people have made some articles about how to be sustainable, 34 and how to travel sustainably!

I would like to start off with the words of my favourite sustainable lifestyle Youtuber - Shelbizlee: "You can't do all the good the world needs, but the world needs all the good you can do!"

Don't overburden yourself with wanting to become the embodiment of sustainability. Nor should you feel discouraged because you can't join a climate strike. You can still join the global collective of people who do their bit, however small it may be, to improve our planet.

34 So what can you do? It boils down to two things: either changing what you consume (buying

differently) or changing how you consume (different behaviour).. Do you buy the cheaper version that breaks down fast or do you buy the more expensive version which lasts longer?

Do you keep using your phone or do you immediately buy the newer model?

When I wake up I brush my teeth with a bamboo toothbrush. When I leave for school I either go by bicycle or by bus. And when I go to school I always take these three things with me: a glass water bottle, a metal lunchbox and a tote bag. Those three simple items help me prevent creating new waste/trash: no more plastic water bottle or plastic cups; no more plastic foil or aluminum foil around my lunch; and I don't have to ask for a plastic bag when I buy something. I buy items which I can reuse (glass water bottle) and I changed my behaviour by now choosing to bring an extra tote bag with me (no more plastic bags).

As you can see, living a more sustainable lifestyle doesn't have to be difficult. It requires a bit of effort, but you don't have to do it alone. There are plenty of resources, like Youtubers or Instagram influencers, such as my favourite: Shelbizleee. You will find your way, good luck!

Local man Matti Meikäläinen (25) says he has the solution to all societal, economic, political and cultural issues across the globe. The only thing stopping him from ushering in a worldwide utopia according to him is all the people ?just hating and being jealous.

I met up with Matti in his apartment on the outskirts of Helsinki. The apartment building is located in a lovely quiet neighbourhood surrounded by parks and forests. We met in the courtyard in front of the apartment building to start our chat out in the sun. As a respond to my comment mr Meikäläinen commented that the neighbourhood is; ?okay, neighbours are lame and the area is boring? He went on to elaborate that he only lives in this neighbourhood because he has connections that makes it cheap to rent out his apartment.

After some further questioning he came forth with the information that he lives in his parents old apartment for free. After some relaxed chatting it became clear that this young man truly felt very persecuted by society, going on to complain about his neighbours spying on him and complaining about his smoking on his balcony along with a litany of more personal accusations towards his neighbours that we cannot repeat in this publication.

After entering his apartment Matti immediately went into justifying the general messiness of his home by saying that it?s his way of organising his thoughts, that he finds inspiration from the chaos around him. Some of the more notable pieces of detritus were; a pile of plastic bags in one corner of the room full of empty beer and energy drink cans, next to which was a leaning tower of pizza boxes and other random take away boxes. The first thing Matti wanted to proudly show in his apartment was his ?war station?where ?the magic happens?. This was a computer desk with dual monitors, RGB keyboard and a mousepad themed after a popular anime with a prominent female character providing rest for the wrist of the hard-working modern crusader as Matti calls himself.

The ?magic?that Matti mentioned is the reason I was here to talk to him. He has contacted our publication several times in the past, looking to draw attention to his online interaction with popular personalities and his medium pieces. His correspondence with us was very praising, calling us one of the last truly free media outlets and offered his services as a full time column writer. After a long back and forth where Matti became increasingly aggressive at the 34 thought we might not want him writing for our publication, we decided to do an article about this ?Leonardo da Eira (the suburb where he lives)? one of the many nicknames he?s given himself. Matti spends his time debating topics of all kinds on the internet, mostly on Twitter, where he provides his insight and solutions to any and all topics he comes across. He says he has the experience and qualifications to help people and improve society since his life is so good and he can see ?through the smoke screen of society to the deeper truths?When I asked more details on his qualifications and education he went on a long explanation how all educational institutions exist only to make people into ?sheeple?and blind the masses from the honest hard truths of the world. He provides a personal experience from his short time in university when he was expelled for ?questioning the efficiency and structure of the system?, when I reached out to his former university I was told that he was expelled for breaking the rules of conduct of the university, more specifically for sexual harassment and showing up to lectures drunk.

CAUTION SATIRE DO NOT TAKE SERIOUSLY It is difficult to structure this article in any logical way as the interview spiralled quite quickly into Matti ranting about Illuminati conspiracies, the liberals trying to ruin honest peoples lives with political correctness, feminists making it impossible to talk to women without being accused of harassment and some frankly quite racist remarks towards specifically pacific islanders. As highlights of his internet activism he provided a Twitter thread in which he is explaining the deeper meaning of characters in a popular comic book to the female creator the comic book in question. He points out that he was blocked by the creator and given a suspension from Twitter, and says how this shows he won the ?debate because his opponent was intimidated by his points and arguments and had to call ?the PR police? to put him in jail for speaking the truth.

As our time was coming to a close Matti became insistant that I mention that he has a Patreon to contribute to his expenses to ?fight against the system?saying his herbal medication that he gets from his shaman can be expensive and is necessary for his demanding brain work. So I fulfilled the promise of mentioning his Patreon. Even after promising to mention it, it became difficult to leave his apartment and he kept raving about seemingly random things, eventually his mother arrived to gather his laundry which allowed me a window to explain 34 one of the more absurd social situations of my life.

So in conclusion, is Matti the genius fighting against a broken system or is he a confused young man struggling with mental health issues? Without answering this question myself I?ll just provide a link to Mental Health Europe (www.mhe-sme.org) and remind everyone that there is no shame in asking for help when you?re struggling and that no feeling is final, reach out to people you trust or look for professional help with your issues.

Review of Chicor y: A Colour f ul Tale I want to share my feelings about a special game called Chicory: A Colourful Tale.

The game that helped me at times with the whole state of the world right now. The game is a tale of a puppy with a magical paintbrush who is tasked with making black and white work vibrant again. You would think this game could only be interesting for kids but I beg to differ. Your first impressions could not be further from the truth.

From the outside it's a cheerful, warm and calming game but on the inside, it has many deep meanings. You will love splashing paint all around its colouring book world, and it's filled with things to do and places to explore, yet it is sure to leave you thinking and feeling a little more positive on a deeper level as well.

From the opening, the game has a unique way of starting.

It asks you the question of what is your favourite food and whatever you say shall be 34your name for your character. I named my character Hamburger because I like hamburgers. The world you explore is Picnic Province. All the people in Picnic are named after their favourite food. The towns are named after meals. You start in the town of Luncheon, you work as a janitor for the magic brush wielder whose name is Chicory. You are peacefully cleaning a room but then an earthquake happens and the world's colours are gone and you find the magical paintbrush in front of Chicory's room. You try to talk to Chicory but they don't respond.

Your curiosity got the better of you and you decided to pick up the brush and go and bring back the colour to the world, solve puzzles with your paintbrush and also you can upgrade your brush with different brush styles. There are also many collectibles in the world, for instance you can find lost kittens all around Picnic. You can find litter to exchange for clothes.

I discovered this game because the music artist who made the music for Celeste (another great game, in my opinion) made the music for this game and when I looked at it I was immediately interested. I think this game is suited well for people who are looking for a fun and peaceful time. But for people who are into more intense games like shooter games and action games, I do not think this game would be for you but in some aspects maybe there might be something in this game for you.

In conclusion, I think I enjoyed this game because it was a wholesome game about coloring some stuff but it also had much more than that to it.

Product rev i ew Headphone recommendations My headphones are Sony WH-1000XM3's. I got these headphones because many YouTubers said that these headphones were pretty good.

The headphones are quite expensive for people who wouldn't want to put that much money into headphones. To be precise I bought them for 260 euros but the regular price is 360 euros.

I would say the headphones are a bit too bass-heavy. The headphones do have an equalizer setting so you can change the soundstage to be however you want. The controls for the headphones are finicky because they use touch controls and during winter or when it's raining the headphones have false touches. There are also the newer WH-1000XM4's which have more features like better noice cancelling and being able to detect if the headphones have been taken off. I only have experience with over-ear and some on-ear headphones because I can't use earbuds due to them irritating my ears.

If you would like some cheaper over-ear headphones I would recommend the Audio-Technica ATH-M50x's. They are lacking controls on the headphones but if you don't need those, these will be great headphones. But the build quality isn't as good. The sound is natural so everything is well-balanced.

Today's society is a fast paced cycle that hardly gives space for a person to pursue his passion. Working out is often mistreated and put on the bottom of our list of priorities. People are reluctant to change and very often neglect their personal ambitions. Changing your daily ritual and making commitments is a hard task.

I am pretty sure that you have heard at least one thing about exercising benefits, to say it shortly, it makes you the best version of yourself, but scepticism is very common in this sphere.

"If working out was a drug, it would be the most beneficial medicine". There has been a lot of research done which proves that statement, but I'm not going to bore you with raw facts.

For working out it is not essential to buy really expensive machines,dumbbells, etc.

Nor bodybuilding supplements. There is also a lot of uncertainty because not everyone knows what exercise to do. But the truth is that starting to exercise is simple and approachable.

But what exactly is required to start exercising?

You just need dedication and a small program which you will follow.

The internet is full of totally free programs and you can use it as a guideline, or you can just ask help from your friend who knows how to exercise correctly, also you can hire a personal trainer which is kind of expensive. To see benefits you need as little as working out at home.You can target every essential muscle without any equipment. There are chest and triceps exercises like push ups, diamond push ups, archer push ups and many more. For legs you can do squats, but you get my point.

Continuous exercise routine is a marathon not a sprint. Contemplating doing a big amount of exercise can make us mentally drained and discourage us from even 34 trying. It is important to begin with small steps that will get us started. You just have to enjoy the process and the results will come by themselves.

Everybody is different, so you can experiment and find what works for you. Some people are very insecure about their bodies or maybe prefer working out alone, so those people can exercise at home, do some stretching/yoga, maybe a quick run, you just need to move out of your comfort zone and that's it.

The intertwining connections between the centers for different senses is known as synesthesia, which literally means togetherness of sensation. One of the most common types of synesthesia is when a person sees letters and numbers in color, and the rarest type is when people associate words with taste.

The actual correspondences between colors and, for example, musical tones have no "scientific" basis, but were founded upon a combination of one?s own personal feelings, prevailing cultural biases, and mysticism. Yet, all scientists would agree on one thing: synesthetic experiences are unique to each person, and a person may be unaware of their abilities because they have simply always perceived the world that way.

Speaking of music, a majority of listeners will, in general, associate higher pitches with brighter and lighter colors, and lower sounds with more sombre and darker tones. At such a basic level, this may be indicative of a common association, present in the majority of adult minds, between sound and color. Music itself has been forever linked to color in intangible ways and the experience of associating sounds and colors is named chromaesthesia. For example, Sir I saac Newton hypothesised that sounds and colors shared corresponding frequencies. Even in music theory, terminology is often derived from the realm of color, such as the chromatic scale, from the Greek khr?ma meaning color.

The visual arts have always been inf luenced by music, and vice versa. Colour can also cause an auditory or musical sensation. As an interesting example, there is the well known composer Franz Liszt. It must have been interesting to be a musician in one of Liszt?s orchestras. He would reportedly use his synesthesia to help with his orchestrations, telling the musicians, ?O please, gentlemen, a little bluer, if you please! This tone type requires it!? Or, ?That is a deep violet, please, depend on it!

Not so rose!? Apparently, the orchestra initially thought Liszt was just being funny, but over time they realized he really was seeing colors in the sounds.

Unfortunately for van Gogh it was more impairing than empowering, as the teacher took this as a sign of insanity and forced him to leave. According to a 2016 study published in the Journal of The American Art Therapy Association, less than an hour of creative activity can reduce your stress and have a positive effect on your mental health regardless of artistic experience or talent (Kaimal G, Ray K, Muniz J, 2016).

An art therapist may use a variety of art methods, including drawing, painting, sculpture and collage with clients ranging from young children to adults.

Clients who have experienced emotional trauma, physical violence, domestic abuse, anxiety, depression and other psychological issues can benefit from expressing themselves creatively.

I bet you?ve all heard about Erasmus+ - opportunities are flying all around, it is everywhere around us. And day by day, it's changing people's lives. Of course, the popularity of Erasmus has increased over time, something that I?ve noticed among my friends, acquaintances and fellow students.

Memorable memories, new friendships, travels, non-formal activities, information, and pleasant experiences abound in the previous several years ? these are the words you will hear from every Erasmus+ participant, who have attended at least 1 mobility.

But what is Erasmus+ programme?

The Erasmus+ Programme is a European funding programme established in 1987 offering mobility and cooperation opportunities in higher education, vocational education and training, school education (including early childhood education and care), adult education, youth and sport.

But, let's focus on Erasmus+ for Youth ? specifically Youth exchanges and ESC Youth exchanges allow groups of young people from different countries to meet, live together and work on shared projects for short periods.

Youth exchanges take place outside the school environment. On a youth exchange, you can expect to participate in activities such as workshops, exercises, debates, role-plays, outdoor 34

activities and more.

Participants' learning experiences are recognised through a Youthpass. Youth exchanges last between 5 and 21 days. This excludes travelling time. are open to people between the ages of 13 and 30. To be a group leader in a youth exchange, you must be at least 18 years-old. Youth exchanges are managed by youth organisations, informal groups of young people or other organisations.

Language?

The most common language used in Erasmus+ projects is English , but depending on the project, can be in any European language. For projects such as Youth exchanges, basic English level is enough to join and participate in the project.

When you have checked the prices of flights, you can check the average cost of living at your destination using means such as Numbeo or Expatistan. This will save you from having your dreams broken when finding out that a meal in a cheap restaurant could cost you an arm and a leg in Stockholm, even if your flight is less than a tenner. You can even help other people make the right choices by submitting your own prices to these websites.

Finding a place to sleep can be hard, but only if you don?t know where to look! Where is the cheapest place to stay? Well, everywhere is cheap if you don?t need to pay for accommodation! You can find a quick job wherever you?re travelling to and you instantly cut your travel costs in half! If you have the time, you could take a European Solidarity Corps opportunity where you can volunteer in any European or Erasmus+ country where you will get free food, accommodation and maybe even some pocket money in exchange for a couple of hours of your time.

If you don?t have that much time, what about a Workaway opportunity? Workaway is a platform where you can get short-term jobs ranging from teaching English, working on a sailboat, helping out on an animal sanctuary or saving the environment. The platform has a one-time low fee and you can work around the world to your heart?s content!
