P&J Live o ers a ‘one-stop shop’ services solution, with an in-house team of experts serving your event with AV & IT expertise, exhibition services, exceptional catering and creative marketing services - all under one roof.

This provides a unique and flexible service, without the expense of contracting a multitude of external third-party providers. Standard inclusive packages are o ered to encompass each of these service areas, but for those looking to elevate the experience, there are an array of additional products and services that will help deliver an unforgettable event.

Additional Support Sta

Whatever your requirement, the venue’s support sta are available for hire to support your event. Our experienced, contracted first aid team is on hand to ensure the safety and well-being of all attendees, while our highly trained security personnel provide e ective crowd management and peace of mind throughout the event. We have sta available to assist with various event needs - from registration and guest services to general event support.

Our in-house team provides full exhibition services, where every aspect is considered.

Shell Scheme Packages

We o er full exhibition shell scheme packages that will engage and inspire the delegate, helping to get you noticed on the busy exhibition floor.

Modular stand systems of all sizes are available to order from our online store, with a typical standard package including a 3m x 2m shell stand, two single track spotlights, a single 500w socket for any electrical requirements, and a nameboard fascia to ensure your brand stands out.

To make a bold impression, our team can supply bespoke tensioned frame graphics to fit your exhibition stand panels. These are available to any bespoke size and is the ideal solution for an exhibition stand, co ee station or temporary theatre. These can also be easily removed, stored and reused at a future exhibition.

A dedicated team of in-house technical production experts are provided for the entirety of conferences, banquets and events, creating a bespoke ambiance through stunning lighting and sound to deliver an immersive experience to capture and engage all guests.

Fully integrated technologies and a huge stock of in-house technical equipment means that there is often little requirement for a build day. Everything from microphones to lecterns and bespoke lighting rig are supplied preventing additional hire costs. Showcasing the region’s finest Scottish seasonal produce, our in-house culinary team will create a bespoke menu that is a perfect fit for your event. Stretching from breakfast and snacks to bu et lunches and five course banquets, we celebrate the very finest local ingredients and serve them with creative flair. Our chefs will research your chosen event theme and deliver a selection of dishes that innovatively align with your requirements. Our event organisers are then invited into the venue to taste test these dishes, which can be tweaked and perfected for final event delivery.
