For the skin which is lacking in topical moisture, this is one of the finest, neutral and intensive hydrating creams which is colour, perfume and paraben free. It is absorbed quickly, and fills the upper layers of the skin with moisture extremely visibly, leaving a well-hydrated, yet dry skin surface behind. Because of this latter property we recommend it as a prepping crème prior to the use of PANDHYS™ Mineral Decorcosmetics – both for professionals and customers. TIP: If you are not that familiar with the application of mineral powder foundations, you can easily make a creamy foundation by mixing a little loose powder with our Hydrobase crème. The pure mineral pigments of PANDHY’S™ mix perfectly with the crème base, making the even application of the foundation much easier.
