PALMER TRINITY ATHLETICS VISITOR'S GUIDE

Welcome to Palmer Trinity Athletics. Upon arrival to PTS, visiting teams will be met by an Athletics Department Representative. ● Visiting spectators should sit in the designated visitor's sections, when posted. When not posted, spectators should sit across from the visiting team bench. ● Visiting teams should arrive no more than 45 minutes prior to game time. ● Coaches are encouraged to send the PTS campus map to all spectators.

There will be no meeting spaces provided by PTS unless arranged prior to the game. ● Teams will utilize their half of the field/court or assigned sideline or dugout for pregame and halftime. ● Visiting teams should exit the facility within 15 minutes of the conclusion of the game. ● Bathrooms are available at Kipp Fieldhouse, in the gymnasium and in the Matheson Library.

Palmer Trinity School does not charge admission to any home events with the exception of tournaments or State Series events as mandated by the FHSAA. Ticketing for these events will be done through GoFan.

The Palmer Trinity School Athletic Training Staff is looking forward to your visit to our campus. ● ● ● ●

A Certified Athletic Trainer (AT) will be present for all home hosted events and competitions.

A physician (or designee) and Miami-Dade Ambulance Service will be present for all home varsity football games.

Visiting teams will be provided with water. Cups and/or bottles are available upon request.

Visiting football teams are expected to bring their own water and drinking supplies.

Available sideline emergency equipment includes AEDs, crutches, and vacuum splints.

Injury ice is available.

The athletic training facility is located on the North end of the gymnasium for all indoor events. The facility is equipped with athletic training supplies, emergency equipment, and limited modalities.

No taping will be rendered unless it has been coordinated between your AT and the PTS AT staff or deemed absolutely necessary. If taping is necessary, we request that you provide your team with the necessary supplies for taping and treatment.

Pets are not allowed on our campus, with exception of trained service animals.

Please park in designated parking spaces. Parking on grass is not permitted and vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.
