Riverside Drive home was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-theSea for the week of Sept. 13-19 in the Multiple Listing Service. Malcolm Smith, as trustee, sold 362 Riverside Drive to Marianne and Ryan Allen, of Ormond Beach, for $1.19 million. Built in 1969, the house is a 4/3 and has two fireplaces, boat dock, boat house and 3,724 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $205,000.
Carole Garmany sold 513 N. Halifax Drive to Heather Wentworth, of Ormond Beach, for $335,000. Built in 1965, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,671 square feet. Eugene Pelletier and Patricia Duffy, of Liverpool, New York, sold 1155 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 706, to Philip and Katherine Kothayer, of Ocala, for $290,000. Built in 1971, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,065 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $275,000. Joe and Ashley Wooden, of Ormond Beach, sold 51 Ormond Shores Drive to Kimberly Farrell and Anthony Lambert, of Ormond Beach, for $289,000.
