Monday April 15

12:00 Departure to Palexpo by bus
12:30 -14:30 Short visit of Watches & Wonders at Palexpo & networking lunch
15:00 -17:30 Part 1 of the workshop at Palexpo - 2h30
17:30 End of workshop & transfer to the hotel by private bus
18:00 -18:30 Free time
18:30 Meeting in the lobby of the hotel
18:40 Departure by private bus
19:00 - 22:00 Networking reception & dinner in town
22:00 Return to InterContinental Hotel by private bus

Peter has over 20 years of experience in leadership development, adult education, and executive coaching across private, public, and non-profit sectors. He has advised organisations on leadership development needs with a focus on how to establish leadership cultures that are both globally consistent, while also locally applicable and effective.
Leveraging his diverse experience and background, he creates safe spaces for learning and encourages brave spaces for application, enabling people to learn leadership mindsets and practices in transformative ways and adapt them to their own work and life.

Ariane specializes in the design and implementation of highly experiential leadership and management programs, including facilitation, training, executive coaching, group, and team coaching. Ariane leverages her 20 years of international experience and her passion for leadership development and training to inspire positive change within organizations.
Before devoting herself to personal development and leadership as a profession, she worked in various multinational companies, mainly in marketing and management roles.
