Obama visits Afghan spy chief Asadullah in hospital V IRGINIA —The US President Barack Obama visited the Afghan intelligence chief Asadullah Khalid Friday afternoon in a hospital in Virginia. Mr Khalid, who survived a suicide attack at a National Directorate of Security guesthouse in Kabul on December 6, received substantial injuries to the lower part of his body. He was taken to the United States for treatment on December 15. President Obama told Mr Khalid that he was sorry for what happened to him, asking him to contact him directly for anything he may need.
