Fitness is never short term. It's a life long commitment and investment in yourself. Adjust your lifestyle to where you eat, drink, sleep and exercise in moderation.

Name: Paul githinji Studio: Sukh chan | Known For: Personal Training, Hour Of Power and 4 by 4 Fitness Tips: Turn off the TV and move away from the computer while eating - you need to remember what you eat! Get a good night's sleep and don't eat right before going to bed! Eat spicy food as it speeds up your metabolism. Have small meals throughout the day. Moreover, for fast weight loss avoid 'diet' food specially the ones sweetened with sugar alcohols. They're the absolute worst!

Treat your body with respect and stick to a healthy diet. A good weight training workout can be done in as little as 30 minutes and an effective cardio workout can be done in as little as 15 minutes!

Secret: Eat more! Eat five times a day, about every three hours to stimulate their metabolism including two mini meals between their three basic meals.
