Texas Psychiatric Facility
Project Goal:
Develop ligature resistant solid surface furniture for a psychiatric facility, the company’s largest and most complex healthcare project at the time.
My Role:
Led all engineering tasks while collaborating closely with fabricators, installers, and behavioral specialists.
Tools Used:
SolidWorks, AutoCAD, EDrawings, Shop tools
Outcome (Ongoing):
Fully completed engineering tasks for a significant portion of the project before leaving. Met with colleagues to efficiently pass on the project.
PROCESS RENDERING BY SHIELD CASEWORK
The engineering process involved adjusting the original design while anticipating how patients may interact with and navigate the environment.
The team built a mockup of a patient room for testing during the engineering process.
Prototypes were tested on site for potential risks by a behavioral health specialist before being approved for the client.
Seattle Sounders Lockers
Project Goal:
Design durable and functional solid surface lockers for the Seattle Sounders training facility.
My Role:
Led engineering, including 3D modeling, lighting layout, hardware, and communication with subcontractors.
Tools Used: SolidWorks, AutoCAD, EDrawings
Outcome:
Delivered fabrication and installation ready documentation and helped oversee production.

Refresh and modernize a core visual used in an international trade fair presentation.
My Role:
Redesigned the visual to align with updated brand standard.

Create custom graphics to make the proposal feel personalized with client branding.
