Clean-in-Place Guidelines for Consumer Packaged Goods Manufacturers
A tiled dashboard built into the human/machine (HMI) interface of the labeler displays detailed daily, weekly and monthly preventative maintenance tasks. Onboard high-resolution videos demonstrate exactly how to do each task. For wear parts, the system identifies when cyclical wear should be checked and allows parts to be ordered from a 3D drawing in the HMI.
