Charging Stations Borrow a Battery (Exclusive sponsorship)

Attendees need to recharge their mobile devices while attending the Pacific Dental Conference. The Borrow a Battery Charging Stations will be centrally located on Level 1 by the First Aid Room. These will be operating Thursday and Friday and Saturday during the day with your company name and logo/video on the station screen.

Preliminary Program

This is the PDC’s main marketing vehicle for the conference. The Preliminary Program provides information on registration procedures, speakers, session content, and special events. Programs will be printed and mailed directly to all potential attendees in November 2025.

Conference Program

This is a prime opportunity to tell potential and existing customers what you will be showcasing in the Exhibit Hall and where you will be located. The Conference Program provides information on speakers session content, special events and exhibitor product listings.

Cancellation Policy

There will be no refunds, under any circumstances, for any purchased sponsorships or advertising opportunities. Items which are exclusive and require full payment at the time of selection are non-refundable. In the event that a company can not attend or withdraws from the conference, refunds will not be granted. (An exhibit booth must be purchased in order to advertise at the conference)
