When asked how the South Florida region nudged out the competition (Orange County and Tennessee regions) for Region of the Year, Territory Partner Jacob Kramer and Regional Clinical Partner and multi-owner dentist Minh Pham, DDS, both agreed: “Our clinical partnerships set us apart. We have the most amazing owner dentist partners, the best operational team dedicated to their success, and we have amazing families and spouses that support us in achieving the aggressive goals we set,” Jacob said.

Additionally, the South Florida team sets the tone when it comes to executing PDS’ platform for success while changing the way dentistry is delivered in its supported practices.

“It really is one of the region’s biggest accomplishments of 2022,” said Dr. Pham, who has achieved many accolades for top performance over his 19-year partnership with PDS including Award of Distinction in 2011 and multiple Office of the Year awards. “We were able to work with our ODs and teams to ensure they were successful. We all had the same purpose and goals.”
