Tray & Canopy Innovation: At OzTrack, we've dedicated the last four years to meticulously crafting our tray range. Transitioning from CAD-generated ideas to tangible, high-quality products, our skilled workshop crew, along with the logistics and procurement teams, have persistently ensured that excellence is not just an outcome but a standard.
We've rigorously tested all our products in real-world conditions, with our Directors personally taking the lead to ensure each item meets our high-performance benchmarks. This hands-on approach has been invaluable, allowing us to evolve our designs to the refined selection available today
Our innovative 'Universal Base Structure' (UBS), along with the tray mounts, mudguards, and headboards, are constructed from robust carbon steel. This selection is based on insightful load analysis tests that highlight the need for resilience. For components where weight savings are paramount, like the sideboards, under-tray toolboxes, trundle drawers, floor sheets, and rear window guards, we opt for aluminium. This careful balance between strength and weight results in a tray that's both featherweight and formidable
