* Wall constuction to meet the acoustic requiremnets of Part E of UK Building regulations (40dB) & provides 30mins fire resistance.
Feature Wall panels FW1 to FW7 ) to comprising of: 12mm paint finished timber /MDF backboard (make ready to take special final finish e.gwallcovering, fabric, mirror where applicable), with decorative paint finished wall moulding adhesively planted on.

Existing ceiling to be repaired, rectified, made good & paint finished where necessary. Patressing to be applied for proposed chandeliers. Ceiling to be prepared to take proposed ceiling mounted cornice profile, as shown on CID drawing 391-I-03-001.
Proposed /New doors to existing kitchen carcass. New Calacatta Oro marble splashback above base unites & to side of island. Proposed matching base unit joinery for new bar area with shelves & back lit etched feature glass behind. Refer to CID drawing: 391-I-05-001 for further finishes information.
BEDROOMS & MASTER BATHROOM
Existing carpet to be remain, cleaned and made where necessary.
Existing carpet to be removed, sub floor to be removed, made good to take proposed carpet.
Existing floor tiles to be removed, sub floor to be made good, moisture resistant matting to be applied where necessary. To be prepared to take proposed /final porcelain floor tiles (with 3mm thick water based grout).
Proposed /new stud wall partition. Existing wall to be omitted & relocated to accomodate removed bath.
