i n t e r c i t i e s

traveling intercities is an extraordinary way to interact with a space, both because of the unusual character and the unusual purpose of this (non) urban space; also effected by a third input that is defining the medium - how we interact with it. extra-urban inbetween spaces of natural and infrastructural road scapes are not meant to be a place for one to be there, spend time; but to pass by. Time is almost not existing from being in one place to another. the vehicle is as a medium, an intermediate to exist in this constantly changing dimension of time and space, and to communicate with the surroundings. it is a second skin, a second body to move. windows are framing this fluid environment created by the infrastructures relating to the territory unnaturally yet purposefully. photographs are describing a very personal one of these experiences.
