Every spring, Tracy Wilson-Mourning hosts Honey Shine, Inc’s annual “Hats Off” event. The “Hats Off” event is regarded as one of Miami’s premiere events of the social season! For this year’s event we take it back to where it all started to the exquisite Nikki Beach, which will be our host sponsor. Celebrated under the theme “SHE BOSS” in partnership with Glitz Africa, “Hats Off” will provide participants with a fantastic day featuring a live and silent auction, an amazing dining experience and an engaging network with a panel discussion, featuring Tracy Wilson Mourning and She BOSS founder Claudia Lumor.
The “Hats Off” event is a fundraiser for Camp Honey Shine. Attendees and supporters enable 150 girls to attend the all-inclusive, six-week summer immersion camp. Funds are used to provide

meals, books, supplies, t-shirts, swimsuits, character development workshops, college-prep classes, digital literacy, physical fitness, nutrition and therapy sessions. The girls who attend camp honey or the “Honey Bugs” also receive lessons in swimming, music, dance and robotics.
Since its founding, Honey Shine, Inc., has grown beyond a mentoring program and has a mission to encourage the balance of mind, body and soul in girls and young women. Currently, there are three empowerment components: Camp Honey Shine, Aspire to Shine Workshops, and an After-School Program. Honey Shine Inc.’s mission is to encourage the balance of mind, body and soul in girls and young women by providing nurturing experiences that enlighten their paths and empower their future.
