Best Practice Incident Management: Delivery of Support in accordance with Industry Best Practice covering all incidents related to the failure or degradation of the physical host Platform & all Hosted Virtual Servers Best Practice Problem Management: Proactive support covering incident trend analysis and root cause determination Best Practice Change Management: Management Control of all Changes to your IT infrastructure and virtual servers covering risk assessments, planning, approval and scheduling of all changes to the IT infrastructure Service Level Management defined in an Agreement covering o Scope of Service provision (Technical and service) o Response and fix targets for incidents o High Availability (between 99.9 – 99.999% dependent on configuration) o Management Reporting o Online reporting systems o Updating of core documentation

Operating system Updates and Security Patching – the application of product updates and security patches affecting the core operating environment (includes where appropriate review and testing of updates and security patches) Application Updates and Security Patching – Implementation of product updates provided by vendor (not Major upgrades) Operational Monitoring : Implementation of Oxygen’s Ops Manager toolset to enable real-time monitoring and alerting against system performance and availability against pre-set thresholds (initial and tuned over time) Backup Monitoring and verification: Verification and validation of all backups completing without error against a pre-defined schedule. Resource reallocation – dynamic reallocation of processor, memory and disk space for most efficient use of subscribed technical resources based on usage and demands Security Monitoring : Monitoring of Antivirus protection Weekly System Integrity Checks o Weekly disk space checks o Weekly checks of system event logs o Weekly checks of system services

Cost: $300.00 per virtual server per month
