The traditional home sale process fosters a relaxed mindset, where agents plan to sell homes over a lengthy listing period. This may have been okay 10 years ago, but not today when buyers can go online to see if a home has lingered on the market, and offer less because of it.

The traditional home sale process involves showing homes to buyers one at a time, and holding open houses where buyers come through occasionally.
