It’s been a great season for Oxford Quins Men’s and Women’s teams this season with some excellent league performances from all teams but todayweturnourfocusontothePapaJohnsCup.
We had a real “nail biter” last weekend when our Men’s 1st XV came from behind to draw a very credible 31 – 31 with Launceston and I’d like towelcomeourfriendsfromBarnstablefortheirfirstvisittous.
Barnstable and Oxford Quins have a very similar philosophy and pride themselves on being community clubs, with the majority of the players in the senior teams coming up from the juniors, through the Colts into theseniorteams.
I’m really looking forward to all games this weekend which I’m sure will be tough and rugged but will be played with respect from both sides, thenafewbeerstogetherafterwards.
