Thank you for your continued support of our Minis Festival—it’s a true highlight of the year for us. This event is only possible thanks to the incredible efforts of our volunteers across both the junior and senior sections. It’s fantastic to see over a hundred members of the Quins community step up to help ensure everything runs smoothly.
Each year, we strive to make small but meaningful improvements to enhance the experience for players, parents, carers, and coaches. Whether it’s streamlining the playing schedule or providing great on-site catering, our focus remains on creating the best possible environment for everyone involved.
At its core, Minis rugby is the foundation of our sport. Our belief is simple: it should be all about fun, inclusivity, and giving every player the confidence to thrive and enjoy everything this great game has to offer.
We’d also like to let parents and guardians know that by being onsite, you are consenting to photos and videos being taken, which may be used by the club for promotional purposes.

• Please arrive 2 minutes before every match. All games will finish on time and we appreciate your help to keep to time. Games are 8 minutes with no half time
• All games will be played in line with the RFU Rules of play per age group guidelines https://www.englandrugby.com/governance/rules-and-regulations/regulations

Coaches Briefing: 9:00 am - at age group control point
Registration: 9:00 am until 9:30am - at age group control point
Matches: 9:30 am – 12:00pm medals and TREDS Presentation: Immediately after the last game at age group control point
