IT’S ALL ABOUT THE DETAILS The outer material has been upgraded to Oxford’s new HD polyester, which uses much more densely packed fibres to increase durability, abrasion and tearresistance. This structure also makes the Montreal more flexible and lightweight – improving comfort and encouraging water to bead off more easily.

The critical impact zones of the shoulders and elbows have been reinforced with heavier duty materials and trim, all of which helps the Montreal to comfortably achieve a CE A rating, as well as a reassuring feel of quality.

A new Dry2Dry™ membrane, usually reserved for our most expensive riding gear, offers 10,000mm/h2o waterproofing and 20,000g/m2/24hrs breathability; this performance is up there with the highest performing laminates.

The Hinterland utilises next generation laminate technology. Trilaminate construction leads to higher abrasion results, stronger seams and significantly better waterproof breathability ratings by incorporating our highest performing Dry2Dry™ laminated membrane: In fact it is our highest performing Dry2Dry™ membrane, 10,000mm/h20 and 10,000g/m2/24hrs.

Direct vents in the torso and forearms allow unrestricted airflow through adjustable YKK AquaGuard® zippers.

Conventional protective fabrics often add bulk and restrict movement, but by using Trilam Active we add targeted fourway stretch areas for increased comfort whilst maintaining higher abrasion results, stronger seams and significantly better waterproof breathability ratings.
