All the world’s a stage Owatonna offers numerous opportunities to see live theatrical productions performed on stage throughout the year. Founded in 1966 to bring “culture, art and entertainment to Owatonna and the surrounding communities with active participation by all interested,” Little Theatre of Owatonna now mounts four to five productions a year, with the repertoire ranging from comedy to drama to musical theater. Recent seasons have included the musicals “Don’t Hug Me,” “Quilters,” and “The Unsinkable Molly Brown”; dramas “The Price,” Pack of Lies,” and “The Glass Menagerie”; comedies “I Remember Mama” and “Fruitcakes”; and children’s theater
productions “Charlotte’s Web,” “Puss in Boots” and “The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.” Little Theatre of Owatonna has a permanent home in the historic West Hills Complex.
