As the year prepares to bid adieu, there are innovative tools and technologies that are making their presence felt. Here we bring to you some of the web design trends in 2015 that are set to rock the field.

Flexible Typography: Gone are the days when the fonts were kept small and squeezed together! Many web gurus believe that in 2015, this old-fashioned trend will take its last breath. Though, the concept isn’t new; as it was discussed way back in 2006; the designing group has now realized its importance. As different devices, in all shapes and sizes are now common; maintaining readability has become the top priority.

And since, it has repeatedly come out that larger font sizes are helpful in reading on the web. Therefore, the designers are now on a way to adopt and implement responsive typography along with the responsive images and grids in their designs. And since, it is crucial to make the font look best, regardless of platform; responsive typography is all set to become a trend-setter in the coming times.

Web Coding will Become Obsolete: Earlier it was the designers behind the look and feel, and coders used to step in to make the site function. And now it is seen that this process is undergoing a drastic change. With tools for web design getting smarter, more capable, and more ambitious; the boundaries between web design and web coding are blurring.

The site design won’t be same for smartphones and smart watches, also a site optimized for desktop will not function properly on a smart TV. Solutions to these new problems will need some time, hopefully by the end of 2015; the variations in the smart devices will probably compel web designers to adapt new techniques.
