Perhaps one of the hardest things about the Christian life is the fact that we cannot see most of it. God’s presence is everywhere, but we can’t see Him. His kingdom reigns, but we can’t see His throne. We can’t see wisdom, heaven, eternity, the spiritual realm . . . Following Jesus would be so much easier if we simply saw the world as God sees it.
