In this lesson, students will: • learn that essays are composed of a series of connected paragraphs, and that two common forms of essays are text responses and persuasive essays • develop an understanding of the structure of essays, including introductions, body paragraphs and conclusions • revise the structure of body paragraphs by reviewing TEEL.
