His religion. his philosophy, his science and his art have placed before him a standard which when he approaches a step nearer rises higher and demands more.

It demands more effort, greater service and deeper thought.

It makes of him, a better workman, a more loving father, a more sympathe­ tic hu sband, a genuine ·citizen, and a Ch ri st-like christian. It makes him a real aristocrat among men.

Education does p_ay dividends, not alone in dollars but in self-satisfaction the results of a life adjusted to its surroundings and endeavoring, with the assistance of an impelling ideal, to make those surroundings meet the standards his educations has set.
