About me I am an Architectural Designer from Jordan, I have a lot of experience in Interior and Exterior design, 3D modeling/rendering, and preparing shop drawings.

I always aspire to learn more and more every day and keep abreast of developments and updates related to architectural building methods and architectural software.

This paper is a compilation of five years of learning and how it changed my view of the world and developed a better understanding of context and design sensitivity.

Urban Design

DESCRIPTION

Salt is a city located in the center of the Hashemite Kingdomoof Jordan ;which is the center of Al Balqa Governorate. It is about 10 km west of thecapital, Amman, and rises above sea level by an average of 880 meters, as it is considered the eighth largest city in the Kingdom. The city is located on the ancient main road leading from Amman to Jerusalem, on the slopes of the Balqa Mountains, and it was named Salthus in ; relation to the Greek leader.

Al-Salt is built on a mountain range, and is full of buildings built with yellow stones, domed ceilings and arched windows. It is also the most preserved of its architectural heritage, as the Ministry of Culture baptized its file to include salt on the World Heritage List.

The importance of this project in the integrated redesign of Tel Jadur region depends on the perfect downtown rules (social and economic person, spaces, environment, and policies); by solving traffic problems, establishing a community gathering area, and re-designing the market on Friday, the tram idea to connect Tel Jadur with the areas Historic city center, restoring old buildings in the area and creating a welcoming entrance..

PURPOSE

First: The studied area is characterized by several things that may affect the region in particular or the city center of Salt in general.

Second: The population density in the region is low compared to other areas, and this feature should be used Third: The area represents the entrance to the center of Al Salt city, and it is the exit to other provinces through the Al Salt complex Fourth: The area is the passage of the old authority and the Al-Balqa University for Applied and many important things

OBJECTIVES

1. To improve the solidarity and advertising of the old city in different regions to be a center for ecological learning and the promotion of cultural tourism.

2. Restore local knowledge and develop learning resources for the cultural traditions 3. The work of the Central Center, from which to start and move.

DESCRIPTION

We consider the graduation project that it should be a solution to an existing problem or to serve the community or to provide opportunities and exploit neglected and overlooked aspects, so we decided to get out of the traditional mold and stereotypical projects as a building that serves a specific purpose Fora specific group of people in closed spaces, and from here the idea was launched.

It is a project to rehabilitate the restored area of Al-Baqoura in 2020 at the urban design level (paths, views and expected events), as well as at the architectural level by (restoring and developing the historical buildings) in Al-Baqoura to include specific activities Al-Baqoura is located in the North Shouneh, Irbid. On the Jordanian-Palestinian border at the confluence of the Jordan and Yarmouk rivers, with an area of 6 km2

The Naharim station building was completed in 1932, is was built to provide access to Palestine Electric Company (PEC) from the port of Haifa in the west to Amman and Damascus in the east

On (6 June 1933),the power plant was opened in a festive ceremony.

The power plant functioned continuously until it ceased operation as a result of the israeli Arab conflict in 1948.

Israel occupied the area in 1950, without making noise, as Jordan remained silent on the occupation.

In 1994, Israel ceded the area to Jordan as part of the IsrselJordan Treaty of Peace.The treaty restored to Jordanian sovereignty, in text and application, an area of 850 dunams of occupied land, and the contract provides for leasing Israel the remaining area

The area was considered a shared zone between the adjacent countries .

This continued till 1996 due to the smuggling of weapons along the borders.

Today, after the Jews left the area, it has become neglected despite its historical and natural heritage
