Maxine

We returned to school this term to the devastating news that one of our beloved pupils had passed away. Maxine was a member of our Blue Class. She was a little ray of sunshine. Her beautiful smile could light up a room and she was loved dearly by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. We will treasure our memories of Maxine forever and we pray for her heartbroken parents, brother, sister, extended family and many friends this Christmas.

FOREVER IN OUR HEARTS

Purple Class

Our Purple Class have enjoyed many activities this term. As you can see, this bunch are an active lot, always out and about in nature and busy learning new culinary skills and expressing themselves with their arts and crafts.

Green Class

Our Green Class took Christmas preparations very seriously this year. In fact, they began way back in September when Josh requested The Polar Express to be read on a daily basis! As you can see, they have enjoyed all the fun especially the antics of their little Elf on The Shelf, visits to Santa’s Big Red Chair and lots of festive arts and crafts.

Yellow Class

Our Yellow Class have been busy over the past few weeks cooking up an array of delicious festive sweet treats. They enjoyed a visit to the main man and we are reliably informed they have all made it to the ‘NICE’ list!

Red Class

Our Red Class has been a hive of activity this term, they have enjoyed their daily walks, when the weather permitted, taking in all of the festive delights about town. And as our pictures below show, they have been having great fun with sensory play activities.

Blue Class

Look at these super talented artists from our Blue Class! We are pretty sure that Santa is going to be very impressed with all of their fabulous creations!

A Big Thank You To

We were delighted to welcome the Garda Siochana to our school last week. They were on a very important mission escorting Santa on his travels. The boys and girls were delighted with the lovely selection boxes gifted to them.

We also have to thank our staff member, Fiona White, who kindly donated a fabulous selection of Sensational Kids sensory toys to the school recently.

And last, but by no means least we wish to thank Midlands Mascots for once again donating one of their fabulous costumes to our school for our Christmas celebrations
