They bring a level of physicality that will be very challenging. We need to be up for that and we need to be ready for a fight. Ultimately, it's going to be around physicality and the breakdown where this game will be won and lost.

It's an extra special day at the Ozone as we'll be joined by the fire brigade, police officers and other emergency services who will have some pop-up stalls and freebies. Make sure you pop on by before kickoff to say hello and check out the activities. It will also be our last halftime tag till the end of the season! Ride to rugby – 14-19th March 2023
Our Ride to Rugby bike ride will be taking place again this year after a brief hiatus due to Covid. This time, the whole ride will be taking part in France (Calais to Paris) and we’ll be finishing the ride by heading to the Stade de France and cheering on the Welsh team in their closing Six Nations game.
Ospreys, in partnership with our Official Technical Kit Partner, Umbro, has revealed the eye-catching alternate kit for the 22/23 season.
Designed with Ospreys heritage and history in mind, the jersey pays homage to the teams that have played a key role in the development of Ospreys players, containing a colour from each of the 77 grassroots clubs.
Ospreys legend Duncan Jones was promoted into his role as Forwards Coach just over a year ago. Jones worked his way up the Ospreys coaching ranks, starting in the academy.
From there he became the forwards coach for the A-team, before moving to the first team as a scrum coach a few years ago. As a player, he racked up 223 appearances for the Ospreys and won 57 caps for Wales.
