he role that Andy Lau took on in the OSIM uLove 2 (4手天王) commercial was definitely not a walk in the park.

From playing musical instruments to cooking up a storm, he had to showcase a variety of talents. To pull off his scenes immaculately required numerous hours of practice before the actual shoot.

Andy Lau took it all in stride and simply said, “I have worked with OSIM for many years, and we both love to surprise and delight our fans. I have never actually played the violin before but I hope everyone will enjoy my debut performance!”

Andy Lau was most definitely excited to be able to work with OSIM once again. As a person who places a lot of focus on his well-being, he likes to de-stress through massages.

“The OSIM uLove 2 (4手天王) is a breakthrough in massage innovation, and the advertisement is so surreal, fresh and filled with exciting challenges — I instantly agreed to come on board!” he explained when we caught up with him during shoot breaks.

He was also charmed by the fact that he was able to relax during the long shoot thanks to the top-notch massages from the OSIM uLove 2 (4手天王).

When asked what is the one gift he would love to receive the most, he confidently said “The uLove 2!” before adding that if the massage chair “sells well because of my advertisement, then that is what I really want.”

Known for his dedication to craft, Andy Lau was especially particular about making sure he and the actor who played his extra pair of hands were well-synchronised.

“Everyone knows that I can’t possibly have four hands, but to showcase how the OSIM uLove 2 (4手天王) is so uniquely different, we wanted to demonstrate how you can do so much more with an additional pair of hands!” he said.
