I Want A Goddess I want a goddess to sprinkle poetry onto my oats and drizzle honey to sweeten my thoughts a goddess who cradles me through monthly days sing lullabies who sends me off on a slow boat to Kerala a goddess with attitude who takes no shit spurns authority and sips an extra hot cortado a goddess who deals with leaks fills out tax returns skips Mondays and never explains where she’s been a goddess who shakes off her blues, stomps out her fears a kick ass goddess a determined goddess a goddess who belongs in this world with all the other goddesses I want a real life goddess.
