FACTOR Y Orientop has set up another plant which located in Guangdong in 2016 in order to become more efficient, productivity and capable to serve the public with the enhancement of the demand for glazing products in the construction industries.

The new factory building allows Orientop to achieve it by inputting several innovative technologies and facilities like a fully automatic glass border, strengthening furnace for both straight and curved glass panels and an accelerated machine for edging during the process of handling the raw materials.

Not just improving the startup point but also the late stage with all the art working and the lamination part. It is so glad for Orientop to introduce the hydraulic cutter, burn furnace and new production line for lamination which make things easier for our creation and innovation.

It also be Orientop’s great honor to have our own facilities for the heat-soak testing and allow us to be more responsible for the safety issues by monitoring the process of the test.

Located in Yuen Long No.11 Shap Pat Heung Road, the enormous developed residential project, emphasizes with an environment of quiet but well recognized, therefore it has to be refurbished. The Reach has massively adopted decorative glass in a wide range of external application, including the façade wall, covered walkway and balustrade, each demonstrating special fabrication technique.

CANOPY

Thosee three external glass applications all based in tree patterns but in order to show the different layers, we have applied variety of techniques to make customers feel like they are situating in the environment. Firstly, for the façade wall, we have used kiln forming technology. Decorated with reflective coating on the covered walkway and Vetrocolor Coating on the balustrade which makes the residents and guests feel like they are in the forest.

Utilizing an extraordinary combination technique on the glass crystal wall installation, the wall constitutes of 1,200 unique crystal glass boxes.

With each glass surface applying diverse grades of glass, crystal mirror as the back and reflective coating glass as the bevel, together with the GLASSLAM Laminated Glass decorative technique, a magnificent and dazzling visual effect is created on the crystal glass wall.

The walls unfold from clouds of color, skreaked with golden strands and briliance of the crystals at the corners, fully demonstrates Hammer's grand idea,"perfection emerges from imperfection", with the stereoscopicic and colorful glass artwork.
