SECOND QUARTER 2023 BUSINESS SUBMISSION DEADLINES KEY DATES FOR 2Q
Second Quarter Processing Deadlines
• Clean census enrollment/product hosting files – received by 6 p.m. ET on Friday, June 23, 2023.
• Clean electronic business – received by 10 p.m. ET on Friday, June 30, 2023.
• New business – will continue to be processed until 7 p.m. ET Friday, June 30, 2023.
• Clean manual business received by Wednesday, June 28, 2023.
Important note: As we have done at the end of every quarter, the home office will automatically submit outstanding Harmony business for completed enrollments with coverage effective dates up to and including 6/30/2023, on the last business day of the quarter 6/30/2023, starting at 5 p.m. ET.
Be aware, if you have business that should NOT be submitted, your VPS needs to inform the home office before 6/29/2023, starting at 10 p.m. ET. Those requests need to be sent to HOBusiness.Submit@ColonialLifeSales.com.
