Happy April!!! The sun is shining! Birds are singing! There’s a lot of exciting things happening in golf at Green Hill! I just got back from Mizuno Headquarters in Atlanta. While there, I got to see their lab at the Country Club of the South and learned about the technology that goes into making their clubs and their fitting system is top notch!

We are looking forward to expanding our staff. Currently we are hiring for multiple weekend, weekday, and evening positions.

Men’s Stag Night will be happening on Friday, April 7th. For a $10 admission, it runs from 6:00pm until?, in the maintenance building. Join us for Food, Drink, games of chance, fellowship and much more!

The Thursday Night Men’s League begins on Thursday, April 20th. It runs until the end of July.

Pick your partner and get signed up by Sunday With the Mizuno Shaft Optimizer we can find the April 16th. It’s a 5:30pm shotgun start every right shaft for your swing without a lot of guess Thursday night. If you need a partner, let us work. I want to say Thank You to all of you for your support, prayers, kind words, and gestures. As most of you know, I was diagnosed with Lung Cancer in January and have been recovering from surgery. Your cards and well wishes have made this unfortunate diagnosis bearable and I am genuinely grateful for each and every one of you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Please continue to keep me in your prayers as I continue with treatments. I am looking forward to being back at the club and seeing everyone again soon.

To Our Members, We are excited to announce, beginning this month, Wor-Wic’s Culinary Department Heads will be observing, teaching, and training our entire Food and Beverage Staff (kitchen, servers, bartenders, banquet, pool, and beverage cart personnel, etc.) including managers, on the correct overall restaurant operations, from top to bottom, so that we can recognize and repair problems you may have encountered recently.

Our entire F&B Staff is looking forward to Wor-Wic’s wisdom and expertise so that we can change our food service establishment into a more efficient and productive dining experience for all.
