Installation of trees and plants

ORCOTEC is a company dedicated to the supply of a wide variety of trees and plants. To achieve this, we focus on optimizing the time of production and distribution, in order to reduce costs and increase our customer satisfaction.

Construction of green areas

We are the main builders of landscaping projects. Our approach ranges from design, planning, construction and maintenance of green areas. Our participation is focused mainly on vertical residential projects, industrial parks, urban areas, commercial complexes, social recreational parks and forest areas.

We have been part of the history of projects that generate sustainability, harmony and embellishment of spaces. Our main objective is to improve efficiency and quality in the construction of green areas and landscaping, consolidating ourselves as leaders in the market.

Construction of civil works

We build solid and functional infrastructures that harmonize with our projects, unifying the work of civil works, architectural design and landscape construction. Our extensive services allows us to cover the entire construction project and streamline time and costs of our projects

Installation of irrigation systems

Our main objective is to improve efficiency in the installation of irrigation systems, consolidating ourselves as reliable and marketleading suppliers. To achieve this, we focus on optimizing our processes and resources, guaranteeing the delivery of irrigation solutions that meet the specific needs of each client. We have a team of professionals who allow the execution to be effective and of quality.

Tree transplant

Our main objective is to continue leading the market in tree transplantation, standing out for our ability to mitigate negative environmental impacts and promote the implementation of sustainable projects. To achieve this, we focus on perfecting our processes and technical knowledge, as well as promoting conservation and protection of biodiversity.

Tree and plant production centers

We have our own necessary resources to develop any landscape project, taking into account production centers of trees and plants of all types in different states of the republic, which makes us highly competitive by optimizing the quality, time, and cost of our projects.

Architectural design

We architecturally transform any space into a harmonious sustainable project, combining the practical with the functional to create high quality projects.

Landscape design

Our landscape design is focused on creating green environments with a sustainable vision. We use native species from each region to achieve low water consumption and perfect harmony with the environment, as well as adapting to the specific needs of each project.

Maintenance of green areas

At Grupo Orcotec we maintain more than 1,000,000 hectares of green spaces; distributed in industrial parks, commercial complexes and private residential complexes working under an eco-sustainable ideology that is why in our maintenance projects we use machinery and power tools to reduce the carbon footprint and contribute to the environment.

Green slabs, walls and parking lots

From the green wall in a restaurant, to the sustainable parking for the tallest stadium in Nuevo León, as well as landscaped slabs in the tallest building of Latinamerica. We can transform any space in a green project to create an environment ecological that creates harmony with the environment.

Parque Central (ITESM Monterrey)

In Parque Central we carry out both civil and landscape works, we supply vegetation, major and minor species (trees and plants) and we apply engineering in irrigation systems. All this combined to make a sustainable project that creates a harmonious interaction between people and nature.

James Turrell

Skyspace Spirit of Light. It is a work of the artist James Turrell, a green project that serves as an observatory, where we had the opportunity to execute landscape works, irrigation engineering, construction of slopes, storm drainage design and plant installation (minor and major species) and general maintenance.

UDEM

At the UDEM campus we work hand in hand on both civil works and landscape projects, major and minor species (trees and plants) we apply engineering in irrigation systems and provide first-class maintenance to all green areas. This has achieved over time a multitude of green areas that harmonize the entire landscape and create areas of recreation and rest for the students.

The BBVA Rayados Stadium was one of the biggest challenges. In it we applied first-class landscape and civil engineering works to create the largest green spaces in the country. Irrigation systems and a storm drainage network were installed, which ensured that such an impressive project endures over time.

Distrito Armida (Stage I,II & III)

The construction of green areas in the Armida District involved a series of carefully planned and coordinated steps to guarantee the creation of attractive, sustainable and functional natural spaces without losing the balance between the vertical towers, the commercial complex and Los Angeles Hospital.

Hospital Los Angeles - Distrito Armida

Phase II of the Armida District is the emergency extension of the Hospital Los Angeles. In this phase we implemented the supply of major and minor species, construction of planters and first level irrigation systems.

Arboleda Residencial

Project : Construction

It is the shopping complex with the greatest added value in Latin America, being the top area for restaurants and commercial. In it, the installation of smaller and larger species played the most important role of the entire project. By ensuring the transplantation of large species we achieve a harmonious landscape conserving the endemic nature of the region creating a socially responsible green project.

La Nube

La Nube is a vertical tower that stands in the heart of Arboleda. A residential complex in which nature merges with urbanization, in which the supply of larger and smaller species played an important role for the creation of green areas. Together, these green areas of “La Nube” not only contribute to the embellishment of the environment, but also promote a healthy lifestyle and a higher quality of life for those who reside or visit the place.

Green corridors, large gardens, and a perfect combination of native species achieved in this project harmonious areas that create peace and tranquility in the residents of the complex.

Torre 411

Project : Construction

Location : Monterrey. N.L.

Torre 411 is a project where the execution of work and landscape design was the key to achieving a harmony between one of the busiest avenues and the complex. In this project we supplied of vegetation (major and minor species), installation of irrigation systems, design and landscape architecture.

Hotel Galería Plaza

Hotel Galería Plaza, is a landscape design project in the vertical Tower 411. The arborization design and construction of green areas on terraces higher than 100 meters, was a challenge overcome. The strategic planning of our operation team resulted in green areas that merge with the hotel spaces.

Prologis

At Parque Prologis we carry out civil works such as sidewalks, pavilions, channels, pavements, slopes, planters and furniture on site, all this combined with the supply of vegetation and first-class maintenance that gave as a result, a space that represents tranquility in one of the most prestigious industrial parks in the world.

Orcotec actively acts in the maintenance and expansion of green areas, the use of equipment electricity, combined with the park’s infrastructure, result in evergreen areas that do not generate a water impact on the environment. Which allows us to provide first-class maintenance level and fulfill our sustainable commitment.

Corporativo Farmacias del Ahorro

The winning project of the ARCHITECTURE MASTERPRIZE; the result was achieved through a perfect combination between architectural design and civil works. A harmonious project that balances the large mountains of the range and the urban environment.

We supplied vegetation, major and minor species, as well as the irrigation engineeringand maintenance systems.

Casa Rocosas

Casa Rocosas, designed by Landa Suberville Architecture Firm, is a project where materiality plays an important role, as does the surrounding landscape. Taking this as a starting point, it is proposed the use of native species that are incorporated with the architecture, sharing a language with materiality.

The supply of mostly native major and minor species, brought from our production centers achieve a perfect contrast and balance between architecture and the Sierra Madre mountain range.
