Orca’s design and development team creates each garment with the utmost care and attention to detail, with one goal in mind: to provide the most aerodynamic and comfortable products on the market. They do this by identifying the needs of the triathletes, carrying out an analysis of the latest technical advances, and responding to these needs in the form of a product.

Our development team, with the help of professional triathletes, tests the product over and over again until it meets Orca’s quality standards.

Orca collaborates with several athletes and clubs around the world, providing them with personalized equipment. Our athletes look for the best equipment that will allow them to give it their all and Orca aims to provide them the best possible performance. We all share the same philosophy: to get better at what we do each day, exceeding our limits.

WHY CHOOSE ORCA CUSTOM? INDIVIDUAL ORDERS

With Orca Custom, your club can have its own exclusive online store with items and designs chosen by you. Each member of your club will be able to place their own order and pay for it individually in a simple way. When you receive the full order, you will all find your items correctly labelled.

ACCESSIBLE DESIGN

Creating your design is easy and convenient with the help of our experts. They will guide you and help you throughout the process, so you can create the design that best fits your club.

They can take a design you already have and adapt it to suit your needs or, if you prefer to use a predefined design and add your own colors and logos, you can choose one from any of our preset styles.

A COMPLETE RANGE

Orca Custom offers a wide range of training and competition products for all of the different sports, such as triathlon, swimming, cycling and walking as well as casual clothing. You can customize all your equipment with a single process.

MINIMUM ORDER

Get your club’s equipment with a reduced minimum order of only 6 units per item. You can place re-orders with as few as 2 units.

TRY THE PRODUCT

If you aren’t sure which size to choose, we can send you a size kit of our products for you to try on. If you prefer personalized customer service, you can visit any Orca distributor and try on the items there. If you like, we can also send you a sample of the final design.

IMAGINE YOUR IDEAL EQUIPMENT

Think about what your ideal equipment looks like, and contact us. Our design team will help you turn that idea into a reality. If you have an existing design and want to keep it, our designers can replicate it. However, if you are looking for a simple and elegant design, you can combine different colors, logos and fonts using our design options.

CHOOSE THE PRODUCTS FOR YOUR ONLINE STORE

Once you have your design, you will need to choose the products you want to display in your private online store. You can choose items from 5 different categories: triathlon, swimming, cycling, walking and casual.

PLACE YOUR ORDER

Once we activate your online store with your selected designs and products, each one of you will be able to place your orders and pay for them individually through the online platform.

RECEIVE YOUR ORDER

You will receive your team’s complete order at the address you have provided. Each individual order will be labelled so that you can distribute them to your team members quickly and easily.

FIVE DIFFERENT CATEGORIES

With Orca Custom you can customize a wide variety of items from five different categories, such as triathlon, swimming, cycling, walking and casual clothing.

In the triathlon and cycling categories, you will be able to choose from different ranges depending on your goals, which go from the amateur level (Core) to high-performance competition levels (Perform or RS1).

For cycling, we have also developed a specific range for adverse weather conditions, such as cold temperatures, wind or rain. You will no longer have an excuse to stay inside.

There is a wide range of accessories for each discipline, so all your needs are met and you will be fully equipped with gear in your team’s colors.

CHOOSE YOUR CYCLING CHAMOIS In addition to choosing the design for your equipment, you can create your perfect product with our custom chamois options. You can choose between three types for your bike shorts, depending on your weight and type of training or competition.

The Core bib short features a chamois that provides you with maximum comfort during your longest rides. The compact design features a longitudinal microchannel which provides softness, high elasticity and a high resistance to wear. The fabric will also keep the chamois dry, wicking away sweat, thanks to its efficient microstructure.

The high-performance Perform chamois, made from soft microfiber with hydrophobic properties and a flat structure, offers great elasticity and high resistance to wear, adapting perfectly to the seat. Designed with Full Carving System technology, this chamois quickly wicks away sweat. Perfect for cyclists weighing less than 75kgs or more than 75kgs who train or compete for less than 4 hours.

The high-performance premium RS1 chamois is specifically designed for road cycling or triathlons. Designed with very fine technical fibers with hydrophobic properties and a structure that perfectly adapts to the cyclist and seat, its Full Carving System technology provides maximum performance and comfort on the bike. This high-performance chamois is ideal for cyclists weighing over 75kgs or for those who train or compete for more than 4 hours and are looking for more support.

PRICE

The prices on the online store are final and will include VAT, shipping costs, design and management costs, as well as the maintenance cost of the private online store.

In the case of triathlon products, printing of a name is included in the price.

MINIMUM ORDER

The minimum quantity for placing an order is six units of the same garment and gender. For re-orders, the minimum order is only two units. If the order for an item does not reach the minimum quantity, we will contact you to work out the best solution.

DELIVERY TIME

Your order will be shipped within 8 weeks of the closing of the online store and confirmation that all items reach a minimum order quantity of 6 units.

If an order is to be produced between November 15 and January 7 or between July 15 and August 31, or if it requires the preparation of a sample, the delivery date may be delayed by a maximum of 10 weeks.

Replacement orders will be shipped within 6 weeks, unless placed within the specified time periods or a sample is requested.
