SURF CITY NIGHTS Every Tuesday evening from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., the first three blocks of Main Street—from Pacific Coast Highway to Orange Avenue—are closed to automobiles for the weekly farmers market and street fair. Taste farm-to-table offerings and foods from local eateries, buy fresh flowers, and collect artful pieces from creative Californians while dancing in the street to live music.
