Your Contract

We’ll work with you to choose the best design for your budget and lifestyle, and we’ll prepare you an obligationfree estimate.

Once you’ve paid your deposit, we can begin site inspections on your homesite.

We’ll present you with your new home tender and plans, and you can make minor adjustments to your design and inclusions at this stage.

Once accepted, you’ll receive your Full Working Drawings and HIA Building Contract.
