Classic – adaptable and affordable While PIANO is defined to the measurements of the German Industrial Norm, this is where Classic PIANO KONTUR begins. Because of the elegant, restrained surface milling, special measurements are easy to realise. With PIANO KONTUR doors regional specifics in measurements, for example in Switzerland, France or Belgium, are no problem to accomplish.

Grundtypen Basic door types

Bei geschosshohen Türelementen kann eine Oberblende verwendet werden oder ein waagerechter Kämpfer. Ist der Bereich oberhalb des Kämpfers verglast, lautet die Bezeichnung Oberlicht. Verglaste Zargenbereiche seitlich des Türblatts werden als Stillstände bezeichnet. Diese Typen werden auch als Windfangelemente bezeichnet.

In den dargestellten Ausführungen sind Holzzargen, Block- und Blendrahmen, Stahl- und Aluminiumzargen erhältlich.

In case of floor-to-ceiling door units, an upper panel or an impost can be employed. If the area above the imposed is glazed, this is called a fanlight. Glass frame areas to the side of the door leaf are called standstill elements. These types are also designated as windscreen elements.
