FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I achieved a new highest rank. What happens now?

You can expect to receive your digital recognition upon the finalization of the month in which you advanced. This typically occurs on the third or fourth business day of the following month. Your mailed acknowledgment(s) will be delivered to your address on file within four weeks of that date.

I qualified at an Integrated Rank for the first time. Do I receive recognition?

For Integrated Executive Director and above ranks, an Independent OPTA VIA Coach must qualify and maintain those qualifications for three consecutive months to be recognized and honored at that new recognition title rank/highest rank achieved. Keep up the great work!

How am I recognized if I was a new OPTA VIA Coach and “skipped” to Associate Director in my first month?

Amazing job! In the OPTA VIA Path to Achievement program, your new highest rank achieved is recognized; in this case, you would receive a mailed Associate Director rank acknowledgment card. We encourage you to work toward the next milestone, but you can reach out to r ecognition@ opta via.com directly to request a Senior Coach milestone pin.

I advanced to a new Leadership Rank. How do I go about submitting my recognition materials? In your congratulatory email, we will provide a link to the appropriate form so that you can submit your recognition materials. Please be mindful of your deadline. We also encourage you to refer to our OPTA VIA Photography Guidelines to ensure we’re able to use your business portrait.

I was asked to submit a testimonial. What does that mean?

Share your WHY with the OPTA VIA Community, your obstacles and wins, or what it means to be part of our mission. Your story could be used in digital or print pieces, including online or at OPTA VIA Events – and it could be the motivation someone else needs today. OPTA VIA reserves the right to edit and/or modify any written testimonials for compliance purposes or to meet length requirements.

I qualified for Fully Integrated Business Leader Perks. What does this mean? You have earned twelve (12) months of access to our Business Leader Support Team, as well as some other exciting rewards outlined on Page 10

Does my co-applicant get a milestone pin?

Yes, if you achieve a milestone rank or competency and have a co-applicant on your account, then each of you will be sent a milestone pin.

How do I add a co-applicant to my account for recognition purposes?

You may use the Co-Applicant Account Add-On Request Form so your business efforts are recognized appropriately. Be sure to check the “ OPTA VIA Path to Achievement recognition” box. Note: Please allow up to five business days for your request to be completed.

How do I change how my name appears in recognition pieces?

Update your name at any time by using the Recognition Name Form Note: Please allow up to five business days for your request to be completed.

OPTA VIA reserves the right to withhold recognition to Coaches who may have achieved a rank/competency in violation of their Independent OPTA VIA Coach Agreement. Coaches must be in good standing in order to receive corporate recognition.

OPTA VIA PERKS QUALIFICATIONS

FULLY INTEGRATED BUSINESS COACH PERKS FULLY INTEGRATED BUSINESS LEADER PERKS GLOBAL DIRECTOR & ABOVE PERKS

Fully Integrated Business Coaches (FIBCs) who qualify for three (3) consecutive months are awarded twelve (12) months of access to perks.

To maintain these rewards, you must continue to qualify as a FIBC for six (6) out of twelve (12) rolling months.

Qualifying Fully Integrated Business Coaches receive the following perk:

• FIBC Pilot Group Eligibility: Be one of the first to test and provide feedback on OPTA VIA products prior to launch.

Global Directors and above who qualify for three (3) consecutive months are awarded twelve (12) months of access to perks.

To maintain these rewards, you must continue to qualify as Global Director (or above) for six (6) out of twelve (12) rolling months.

Qualifying Global Directors and above receive the following perks:

• Access to the Global Support Queue: Starting on or about the 10th of the month following qualification, get quick access to the Coach Support Team. Simply call 888. OPTA VIA (1.888.678.2842) and enter your OPTA VIA Coach ID number to get the next available team member so that your business can run more efficiently.

• OPTA VIA Leadership Emails: Receive advance communication prior to major announcements.

• Global Growth Webinar: Be invited to regular calls to hear updates from the company.

Fully Integrated Business Leaders (FIBLs) who qualify for three (3) consecutive months are awarded twelve (12) months of access to perks.

To maintain these rewards, you must continue to qualify as FIBL for six (6) out of twelve (12) rolling months.

In addition to the Global Support Queue, qualifying Fully Integrated Business Leaders receive the following perks:

• Access to Business Leader Support: Receive assistance from a dedicated support team for any business-related needs.

• Leadership Workgroup Eligibility*: Be considered for workgroups coordinated by the OPTA VIA Team and lend your insights and thoughts on new initiatives.

• FIBL Surveys: Receive periodic check-ins that allow us to hear your valued opinion.

*Qualifying independent OPTA VIA Coach must be in good standing.
