Set SLTs

Evaluators are responsible for selecting a minimum of two SLTs for each employee they are assigned to evaluate. a) Evaluators should review and accept the SLTs submitted by those to whom they are assigned. b) This is also the place where evaluators will determine which SLTs should be used to calculate a teacher’s student growth score.

Please note: These ratings, when applicable, will be used to calculate the Compass overall score as described in Bulletin 130. Once data is collected on student performance, it’s time to share your results with your evaluator.

After an employee has reported the results, that employee’s evaluator must rate the SLT if it was chosen as one to be rated.
CIS User
a) Rate each SLT referring to the Scoring Plan and your Compass training. b) Provide any additional comments or context surrounding your rating. c) Once an SLT is rated, your employee will be able to see their score for that SLT.
