Dear Colleagues,

Another year is slowly coming to an end. It has been unpredictable and tough, and has brought us many emotions, but it has also shown that, in the face of the suffering of our loved ones, friends and neighbours, we can unite in a magnificent way and open our hearts to people in need. The attitude of our personnel and community provided us time and again with emotions and reasons to be proud of. We would like to remember 2022 as a year of solidarity and mutual support.

We invite you to read the Christmas edition of our magazine. This time we will tell you about Christmas traditions and customs cherished in our member companies in the Group, as well as some latest news. We kindly invite you to read the foreword of Mr Paweł Szataniak, the President of the Management Board of Wielton Group.

We would like to wish you a year full of small and great joys, and satisfaction from your daily work. Spend the upcoming Christmas season the way you like it best - in the hustle and bustle of family life or in peace and quiet, on a trip or at home. Let it be your time. Have a wonderful Christmas!

3

A tough year full of challenges is coming to an end. Tough for business development, due to the geopolitical situation, spiralling inflation or energy and gas price hikes, but also difficult in human terms for all of us watching the atrocity of Russian military operations in Ukraine. We talk about these bad events a lot on a daily basis, so today I would like to leave them behind and guide your thoughts towards the positive and motivating things.

As an international Group operating with strong local brands, our focus in the passing year has been on making the most of the potential of all the regions and countries in which we are present. We maintained our leading position in France and our runner-up position in Poland and the UK. We also strengthened our market position in Italy and significantly boosted sales in Germany. We are trying to offset for the decline of activity in the East by enhanced activity in the European Union countries. This is helped by our growing advanced integration of manufacturing and purchasing processes with Guillén. We also see potential for boosting sales of the Group’s products in Africa, and for this reason we are developing our sales network in these markets.

Our priorities in the past and coming months have been to optimise manufacturing and sales processes, as well as to enhance operational efficiency and upkeep high-cost discipline. To illustrate this, it is just enough to mention the cost saving projects initiated at Wielton and Fruehauf, which we are successfully implementing.

I am convinced that our long-term experience, a healthy business foundation as well as our advantages fuelled by market and product diversification will enable us in 2023 not only to minimise the impact of adverse market environment on our business, but also to consolidate our position as a global industry leader. This is possible thanks to you, our employees, putting in a tremendous workload and effort every day to achieve our common goals, for which I would like to thank you.

With the forthcoming Christmas season, I would like more than ever to wish you the internal feeling of peace and security. Enjoy fleeting, priceless moments spent with your loved ones. Celebrate this time joyfully, jauntily and with love, and leave all your worries and concerns behind. On behalf of myself, the Szataniak Family and the entire Management Board of the Wielton Group, I wish you a very Merry Christmas and all the best for the coming New Year!

Christmas at Wielton

Christmas is a special time of the year that each of us celebrates in his or her own way. We have many traditions that vary depending on our background, dwelling place, our surroundings. In addition to what is most important - our private time - the spirit of Christmas is also felt at our workplaces. What is special about the Christmas season at Wielton?

5

In December, our houses, streets and city centres take on beautiful colours and are lit up every evening by millions and billions of lights, heralding the joyful time of Christmas. Every year, festive decorations, Christmas lights and beautifully decorated Christmas trees also adorn Wielton’s yard and our offices, reminding us how unique is this time of the year.

When autumn arrives and some of us are just recovering from the summer holidays, Santa’s irreplaceable helpers, working on everyday basis in such departments as Marketing or HR are already starting to plan the Christmas gifts. And there is plenty to plan! Every year, we prepare Christmas gifts in various forms for our 2,000 employees to make this special time even more enjoyable. As standard, our employees receive Christmas vouchers that they can use for any purpose, sometimes also as gifts for their children. Christmas gifts are always given to our customers and contractors as well - a small gift and a greetings card is a nice touch that allows us to retain good relations. We realise that as a company we have an impact on the local community and can help those in need. Sweet gifts from Wielton are usually also sent to children from a nearby orphanage.

In our company, we use time before Christmas to integrate, to hold fewer formal get-togethers and to cherish traditions within our teams. One excellent example of this is the game of our colleagues in the HR team. A few weeks before Christmas, we draw the name of another team member for whom we prepare a small gift. Everything is done in secret and the gifts are put under corporate Christmas tree and we unwrap them on the day of in-house Christmas Eve party, which we usually organise the day before the Christmas break. We encourage you to have similar game in your teams!

The period between Christmas and New Year is traditionally a holiday break in our company, during which we make use of our annual leave and spend time with our loved ones. Just before Christmas, we wish each other well and spend the last couple of days of the year with our families so that we can return to work in January full of energy to move forward!

The spirit of Christmas at Fruehauf

Christmas is a time of joy, good cheer and a sense of community. The pre-Christmas period is an excellent opportunity to tighten bonds with our workmates. It’s a time to celebrate the year-long efforts, sum up the performance and take care of relationships among the members of our organisation. When we work, we have a lot of things to do and we do not always find time to get to know each other.

7

At Fruehauf, it is important to celebrate both small and large successes and to thank everyone who has contributed to the smooth running and success of the company. The Fruehauf Works Council celebrates Christmas with all employees and their children. This year, the event will take place on Saturday, 17 December at the Salle Podium venue in Champs sur Yonne (about 10 km away from the plant). The celebration will start at 1:45 p.m. by 2 giant mascots.

That afternoon, there will be an hour-long magic show performed by Sebastien Ladruze. This local illusionist has been performing on stage for 21 years and recently performed at the famous Nigloland theme park. After the illusion show, Santa Claus will appear and the children will be able to have their photo taken with him. Afterwards, refreshments will be provided for them.

The Christmas party is organised every year by the Works Council. The event involves all elected representatives and volunteers, around 30 people, who distribute gifts to the children below 15 years of age and provide them with refreshments. Additionally, the children of Fruehauf personnel, up to the age of 17, receive gift vouchers worth €40.

Each year, an end-of-year party programme is distributed to the children at the entrance to the venue, comprising the winning drawing made at the previous year’s party. During the party, the children are allowed to make a drawing according to the rules of the competition and their parents hand it over to the Socio-economic Committee, which chooses the most beautiful drawings. All those who have made drawings are called up to the stage where they are granted additional gifts (e.g. books, sweets) on the day of the event.

Waiting for the joy of seeing children opening their presents at the foot of the Christmas tree, we wish you a happy Christmas.

The Germans and their Christmas traditions

Candlelight, Christmas tree branches and gingerbread aroma - autumn has begun, with the end of the year in a few weeks. This means that Christmas is very close. And there are many traditions during Christmas. Baking gingerbread cakes together or opening the windows of the advent calendar every day are small Advent rituals that are probably an integral part of the Christmas anticipation for almost all Langendorf employees and all Germans. Today we want to introduce you to our Christmas traditions.

9

FIRST ONE, THEN THE SECOND, THEN THE THIRD AND THEN THE FOURTH ...

Advent time starts in almost every home with the lighting of the first candle in the Advent wreath. The wreath is made of spruce branches and decorated with four candles. Every Advent Sunday until Christmas, another candle is lit. In this way, we count down the time of Christmas anticipation.

IN THE MORNING CHILDREN WILL RECEIVE PRESENTS …

A visit of Santa Claus is a Christmas tradition that children love in particular. In the evening of the fifth of December, all children put their cleaned shoes in front of the door, which are filled with sweets by Father Christmas at night, but provided that children have been good throughout the whole year.

Otherwise, the helper Ruprecht, who helps Santa with gift distribution, puts coal into the shoes. At least that’s what parents tell their children, although we don’t think any child has yet found coal in their shoes.

EACH YEAR …

Throughout Advent, adults and children can shorten their waiting time for Christmas by spending it at the numerous Christmas markets that are organised in almost every town. A typical Christmas market consists of numerous sales stands where you can buy gingerbread, local delicacies such as Christstollen (yeast dough with fruit, nuts and spices) and hot chestnuts or warm drinks such as mulled wine, Feuerzangenbowle (a traditional German alcoholic beverage where a rum-soaked candy cane is set on fire and drips into the mulled wine) and Lumumba (hot chocolate with rum). In addition, you will find many stands with beautiful winter and Christmas products such as Christmas tree decorations, Advent stars, handmade crèches, bow candle holders or wooden dudes with a candle.

JOYFUL MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYWHERE …

And then, finally, comes 24 December and Christmas Eve. Food that is put on the table on this day depends on the region. Favourite and traditional dishes on Christmas Eve include potato salad with fried sausages, Raclette cheese or juicy oven roast with potatoes and red cabbage. After the Christmas midnight mass, presents are brought by either the baby Jesus or Santa Claus.

Christmas is also a time of giving and sharing, and Langendorf employees have established their own Christmas tradition to this extent. In cooperation with a regional aid organisation that supports children and young people in difficult life situations, Langendorf puts up a wishing tree in the entrance hall every year. On the tree, the wishes of children coming from different social groups and covered by the aid of organisation, who cannot spend Christmas with their families, are hung on the tree. Any personnel member can take any wish from the tree and fulfil the wishes of the child. Just before Christmas, the carefully wrapped presents are handed over to the aid organisation so that the children can unwrap them with eyes radiant with joy on 24 December.

All these small and big traditions are part of Christmas and put us in a special festive mood. Langendorf wishes you and your loved ones a wonderful Advent season and a very merry Christmas!

Christmas in Valencia

With the arrival of autumn, the first signs of festive spirit, delight, joy and happiness start to be apparent. The reason is obvious, and additionally it has to be noted that we are already very close to the Christmas break.

December is a special month in Guillén because we do not work from 5 to 9 December because of the long weekend, when, according to a common tradition in Spain, we get together with the whole family. It is a time when we have an opportunity to see our family members we rarely see. After the first week off, we return to work for another two weeks to leave our offices again and prepare for the New Year in the week from 26 December to 30 December, celebrating Christmas with family and friends.

In addition, every year at this time, Guillén company takes part in the traditional national Christmas lottery (Lotería de Navidad), offering employees an opportunity to buy a ticket with a number chosen by the company, with a first prize of around €4,000,000.

Christmas party in Viberti

Christmas is undoubtedly the most important holiday in every Italian factory. It is the right time to look back on the year that has passed and to sum up what we have actually done and what plans have been achieved.

At Viberti, every year during the holiday season we organise a joint outing to one of the good local restaurants in Tocco da Casauria. We use this evening to recapitulate the last 12 months and celebrate successes.

Our Managing Director and the administration hand over to everyone small gifts, the must-have item being Italian Panettone cake. The meeting continues into the early hours of the morning, when everyone wishes each other all the best for the forthcoming Christmas.

UK Christmas Traditions in Lawrence David

At Lawrence David in the UK our Christmas / Festive traditions are very… traditional.

We decorate our reception area in the ‘festive’ way with a Christmas tree, wrapped boxes (simulating presents) & the associated tinsel, baubles etc. Individual employees also often decorate their own workstations in a festive manner to add further ‘cheer’ throughout the building. Some individuals arrange their own departmental/colleague group “Secret Santa” ritual that brings some further fun to the proceedings.

Individual LD departments generally arrange some social gatherings outside of work to spend some personal time with their colleagues at this time of year in the noncorporate environment. We close the works over the gap between Christmas and New Year to allow the whole of the team throughout the business to spend time with their family & friends during this important holiday.

This year (2022), the Directors of Lawrence David have arranged for our newly re-established staff restaurant to serve a traditional Christmas Meal to ALL on site employees. This will be done using a rota format to ensure that business continues whilst we are all able to partake.

Everyone at Lawrence David would like to wish all of our Group colleagues throughout Europe a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy & Prosperous New Year.

Langendorf ranked in the first position!

This year, the Trailer Innovation 2023, one of the most important awards in the European transport industry, was awarded again at the IAA Transportation trade fairs. A total of 67 interesting innovations were submitted. Selecting the best innovations was not an easy decision for the 14-member jury, which publishes the European commercial vehicle magazines.

14

At this year’s edition of trade fairs, Langendorf participated in the Trailer Innovation award competition with its innovative City-Flexliner semitrailer. We put a lot of work into the detailed design and precise implementation of the City-Flexliner semitrailer into production, and we are proud that this was appreciated by the jury, who granted the first place to our design in the Concept category! The semitrailer is based on an inloader-type trailer chassis with a box body. Thanks to its two-axle design and drive axles, the new City-Flexliner is more manoeuvrable and, thanks to a special lifting system, does not require additional loading ramps from the delivery point. Alongside the three-axle Long-Range-Flexliner, which is designed for use in hubto-hub logistics, the two-axle City-Flexliner offers many advantages thanks to the new rear-wheel steering system:

savings of up to 60% CO2 compared to conventional axle trailers

reduced infrastructure requirements, less parking space required, ignificant fuel and toll savings: fuel costs are reduced by a ratio of 2 to 3 as two Flexliner semi-trailers replace three conventional semi-trailers, enhanced manoeuvrability, thanks to rear-wheel steering, the City-Flexliner can be easily steered in often narrow and congested city streets, significant reduction in transport costs, flexible loading and unloading as no additional ramp is required

With this unique product, we, as Langendorf company, are taking another step towards a green future and sustainable development. In doing so, we are also contributing to an environmentally friendly and traffic-optimised image of our cities.

Direction: Verification of LEAN standards! How to report to attain the goal?

In the previous edition of „On the road” magazine, we told you what 5S is and how we are implementing this tool at the Wieluń plant. However, the work of our colleagues in the Continuous Improvement Department does not end there. Every implemented solution requires on-going control and monitoring. How is this done at Wielton today, and how is it going to be done soon? Check it out!

16

The two main methods we use to verify the implemented Lean standards are Gemba Walk and 5S Audits. 5S audits are designed to check the implementation and maintenance of 5S standards in a selected area or position. They are held at a set date, which is communicated to all involved APU team members, i.e. the manager and the production department foremen responsible for the area. The assessment is carried out by the Process Optimisation Engineer together with the manager or foreman, using a standardised Checklist with five categories: selection, standardisation, cleaning, standardisation, self-discipline. Once the checklist is completed, our Lean experts assign 3 corrective actions to help bring the manufacturing line out in terms of 5S. The results of the audit, along with the areas identified for improvement, are published on dedicated 5S information boards located in each department.

The objective of the Gemba Walk, on the other hand, is to verify the actual status of the processes in place, to spot potential for improvement, and to check the standards implemented and maintain them. The Gemba Walk is nothing more than a walk-though production sites and processes, taking place regularly, once a week, alternating between Plant 1 and Plant 2. It is attended by plant managers, managers and foremen in production departments, process and quality engineers and occupational health and safety specialists. After each Gemba Walk, representatives of the Continuous Improvement Department draw up detailed reports with corrective actions for implementation and persons responsible.

Although drawing up a report after an audit or a Gemba Walk seems to be a mere formality, it is a time-consuming activity that, contrary to appearances, is not the last step in the process. On the contrary, the identified recommended actions are the point of departure for further work, the progress of which must be monitored and controlled. Often, people from different areas or positions are involved in the implementation of measures.

So how do we manage this process so that everyone involved could take a pulse check? We have found a solution that saves time, brings all the reports together in one place and keeps those involved up to date. This is the Lime Access app, which we will soon make available to managers and foremen of production departments as well as process and quality engineers. In the app, the Continuous Improvement Department will publish all reports from the 5S Audits and Gemba Walks, along with recommended actions and a breakdown of responsibilities for their implementation. Each person involved will be able to make modifications and report on progress.

We are currently implementing and training APU teams on how to use the tool, with the aim of taking the reporting process to a completely different level soon! We have planned the next steps in the next year, which we will be happy to report to you in future editions of „On the Road” magazine.

Langendorf develops production site for Flexliner semitrailer

Langendorf has reached its maximum production capacity within the manufacturing site available to date. For this reason, we are working busily planning a new plant in the vicinity of the old site. However, the planning procedure, the obtaining of permits and the construction process itself will continue for quite some time.

18

In order to be able to assemble heavy low-loader trailers and double-deck vehicles seamlessly in Waltrop by then, sufficient space must be developed. The current steel construction production hall seems almost ideal for the manufacturing of spacious Flexliner trailers. Thanks to its box-body loading chassis, the Flexliner semi-trailer can transport up to 66% more freight than a conventional semitrailer. This is part of Langendorf’s sustainability strategy to pay more attention to this area and enhance market share. This is an important reason to set aside more space for the production of semi-trailers of this type. In addition, the steel construction hall offers enough space to assemble also heavy low-loader trailers here, since the overhead cranes have the necessary load capacity.

Certainly, we had to look for new premises to build the inloader trailer structure. After negotiations with the Management Board of the Wielton Group, it was agreed that the space formerly occupied by Wielton Logistic in Wieluń would be vacated, and that this would be the location for the production of inloader trailers. Currently, with the help of colleagues in Waltrop, the employees in Wieluń are being trained to be able to produce inloader trailers to Langendorf’s standard quality and to provide

the communication infrastructure. This is very important for complex and frequently changing specifications. In addition, manufacturing lines will be relocated to Wieluń, which will enable a significant increase in welding capacity on the Langendorf Polska site.

Langendorf Polska has been manufacturing a ‚smart-line’ version of low-loader trailers, tipper chassis and bodies for a sister company Lawrence David since 2020, becoming in the meantime an expert in the manufacturing of complex steel structures. Thanks to close cooperation of colleagues in Germany and Poland, a new manufacturing line will be set up in Wieluń to manufacture a complex inloader semitrailer chassis. It is planned to transport the inloader semitrailer chassis from Wieluń to Germany. No final decisions have yet been made on how the chassis will be painted. Due to their weight, they cannot be varnished in Wieluń, but we are considering varnish shops that are located along the transport route, which may prove to be a good solution to guarantee an appropriate, high-quality coating.

The good cooperation within Langendorf and the entire Wielton Group has allowed find quickly a pragmatic solution to our problem of missing production space.

Guillen Group solution for Taisa Logistic

Taisa Logistic, an integrated logistics service company, is part of the Mahou San Miguel Group, Spain’s largest beer producer. Its headquarters are located in Guadalajara, Spain. We have recently supplied several sets of our semitrailers to this producer.

Each set consists of two curtain-sided semitrailer models, a LIG model and a G-120 Pro model, with a Dolly Pro trolley in between, which acts as a coupling between the semitrailers. Together, this design is known as the Duo Trailer model. This is a genuine revolution in transport business, offering solutions that reduce CO2 emissions, while at the same time providing more payload on each trip.

For a logistics project commissioned by Taisa Logistic, several Duo Trailer combinations were designed and several Duo Trailer sets were manufactured in line with the objectives of Mahou San Miguel’s sustainable mobility strategy. By reducing CO2 emissions by 26%, the company wanted to emphasize its commitment to the environment, which it made together with key supply chain representatives during the implementation of the entire project.

20

- We had a very good experience of working jointly with the GuillenGroup, andwiththesenewsets, theyagainmanaged to surprise us positively. They were flexible, adapted to our deadlines and needs. They provided all required technical and legal information. They met the challenge in terms of correct signage - stated Juan Manuel Valverde de Frutos,ProjectsandFleetCoordinator.

In addition to the technical aspects, this project was one of the pillars of the marketing and communication activities as part of Taisa Logistics’ corporate strategy. This action aims at making the company more versatile and agile in its extensive logistics activities.

- Incorporating these types of DUO trailer combinations into our operations allows us to go further in the search for versatile, flexible and modular supply chain solutions in a completely changing environment, while at the same timetakingcareofsustainability, somethingthatseemsto

have slowed down in the current situation but will return andwithgreaterforce.-says Ricardo Magán Campos, Head of New Business Development and Marketing - This is why we want to be prepared and take real steps to help our customers, in this case Mahou San Miguel, to meettheirCO2reductiontargets,whichcancurrentlyonly be achieved at FTL in two ways: by carrying more in each transport and/or by working with all players in the supply chaintoreduceemptykilometres.

To date, Duo Trailer modules can only operate on national roads on the basis of a research and development permit granted by the Dirección General de Tráfico (D.G.T.), a consortium formed by a semitrailer manufacturer, a transport company/carrier and a Research Institute or University to carry out such tests. All vehicles forming Duo-Trailer modules must meet at least the technical requirements of the D.G.T. for units forming the E.M.S. (Euro Modular System).

Investor Days at Wielton

In October, investors and stock market analysts had an opportunity to visit the Wielton and Langendorf Polska manufacturing facilities. The guests learned about the entire production process, saw the latest investment projects and took a close look at the work of the R&D Department team during the testing of semitrailers. They also discussed the vision of further development with the Management Board of Wielton Group.

22

After a few-year-break, we invited investors’ representatives and market analysts to the Wieluń manufacturing plant, so that they could see the scale of the company’s development, assess the progress in automation and robotization of manufacturing processes, learn about the latest products on offer and talk to the Management Board of the Wielton Group. At the meeting the guests had an unusual opportunity to learn about the Company’s operations from the inside, including the multi-phase manufacturing process for trailers and semi-trailers, and to watch the testing of vehicles at the Company’s own innovative test stand.

Wielton S.A. has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) since 2007. Being a listed company it is obliged to be transparent and systematically report, among other things, its quarterly performance and investment progress. Each quarter, the Wielton Group’s Management Board meets with the representatives of key investors and market analysts to present the newly published results and present the outcome of investment projects executed and actions taken. In order to better present the company’s current situation, progress in the development of production capacity, process automation and robotization, and to present the new Langendorf Polska’s plant, the Management Board invited performance meeting participants to attend the Investor Days in Wieluń.

The guests were very impressed by the scale of the company’s development, noting the considerable changes that have taken place in production over the last few years, such as the streamlining and enhanced automation of production processes. The participants were also impressed by the high quality of the Wielton Group’s products and the many stages of checking their quality before they reach customers. They very much welcomed an opportunity to take a look at the strength testing of a semitrailer. A valuable part of the day was an opportunity for them to discuss the matter with the representatives of the Group’s Management, viz. Mr Paweł Szataniak, President of the Management Board Wielton Group, and Mr Mariusz Golec, CEO of the Wielton Group. The vision of the company’s future was very positively received.

We would like to thank everyone who participated in the preparation and organisation of the Investor Days. We appreciate a great deal your help and commitment.

Practice Sports with Wielton

Did you know that it takes as many as 6,546 steps to burn off one doughnut with icing? That’s about 3 km of distance. Wielton employees, who throughout October took part in the „Practice Sports with Wielton” challenge, know this very well. throughout October in the Practice Sports with Wielton.

Based on the premise that sport is healthy, we decided to take advantage of the recent warm Indian summer to promote physical activity within our team. Our OH&S and HR departments, in collaboration with the Activy app, launched the monthly ”Practice Sports with Wielton” challenge using the app. Employees were able to use the app while being active walking, cycling and exercising, recording their activities and collecting points for them. We ran individual as well as group classifications.

Walking, Nordic walking, cycling, rollerblading, jogging, fitness - any sport was acceptable if someone wanted to compete for the best position. More than 160 employees took part in the competition, and the top competitors scored a truly impressive number of points.

Our competition was won by Grzegorz Stoparek, who scored 7859 points and covered a total distance of 1398.7 km in October. The main prize was a bicycle. Other places on the podium were taken by: Ewelina Piotrowska-Wojtyna and Bartłomiej Wolny, who received gift cards to a sports shop. CUW proved to be the best team, scoring a total of 33728 points and covered a distance of 4196.7 km.

We are very impressed with all the results achieved, and very proud of the activity and awareness of our employees. Movement and physical activity are key elements of a healthy and long life. In addition to the impressive results, we have therefore achieved more: health and environmental care. You can do things differently! What about running the challenge again in the new year?

Don’t miss the kick off!

Make the game your way to have fun!

Once every four years, the eyes of the entire football world turn to the biggest football event - the 2022 FIFA World Cup, which takes place in Qatar. Being a big family of the Wielton Group, we could not miss such an opportunity for integration and having fun!

Our teams are proudly representing the national colours in the on-going World Cup, while we have decided to build on a fantastic idea from a few years ago and have fun together in forecasting the results of matches under the name Wielton Group Bet Master.

We provided employees with the noinn app, which developed a dedicated space for our Group. There, we were able to predict the winners of individual matches, the exact

results of the matches and the teams promoted from the groups. All interested Group employees could take part in the game. Attractive prizes wait for the winners.

The outcome of the Championship, as well as the final result our game, are yet to come - we will be happy to tell you about them in the next edition of ”On the road” magazine!

26

Where are you heading for? Mental health!

At Wielton, we often emphasise that the health and well-being of our employees is very important to us, and this time we took care of mental health, which is the basis of our day-to-day functioning. We invited Joanna Gutral, a psychologist, educator and author of a popular podcast on mental health, to work on this aspect.

In October Joanna delivered two hour-long lectures for our personnel: „Between thought and action, which is about emotions and coping with stress”. Among other things we raised such topics as: Why we need emotions - about the informational role of emotions.

Don’t believe in everything you think - how thoughts affect our emotions.

Emotion regulation strategies - how to act and survive?

Coping with stress - useful strategies in unpredictable circumstances.

Key principles for mental health - wellbeing and sustaining it.

We are impressed by the turnout and the discussion that was held after the lecture. We are glad that we were able to meet under such circumstances and we assure you - this is not the end of our endeavours.

We celebrate San Martino night in Italian style!

The San Martino Night is a must-see event in the calendar of Viberti plant personnel. Like every other Italian region, Abruzzo is full of winemakers and November is the first month after the harvest season.

11 November is the day when the Italians taste current year’s wines for the first time. We are happy to celebrate this tradition at Viberti too. On this occasion, we order delicious local food and, when we have finished, we gather to enjoy a glass of young wine (usually called ‚Novello’) with a plate of potatoes and roast sausages. There is also usually a karaoke competition, in which everyone can try to sing songs (while drinking wine) that remind them of their youth.
