After a hot start last Fall with five straight wins to start the regular season, Brock settled into a rhythm which saw them finish the cross-conference schedule with a solid 6-2 record. Shortly after the Christmas recess, they ran OUA championselect, Windsor to OT, only to fall short 73-80 in Windsor, before dropping a close one in London by a mere point a week later against Western, again in OT.
